Staf good Property good

Rooms nice enough, poor storage though. Rooms with balcony on street side are noisy. Food not great, all inclusive drinks very poor. Entertainment very poor. Music round pool aimed at younger audience even although most of guests were 50+. Noise from hotel next door is ridiculous furing the day. Hotel is surrounded by other hotels/buildings so feels very claustrophobic. Would not choose to stay here again or recommend.

We were at the hotel mid August 2024. The staff is super helpful and friendly and is always going the extra mile. The Beach is behind the hotel and reachable within 2 -3 minutes. The beach is okay, lot of bars and activities e.g. flying fish (not free). The beach itself is clean but not a sandy beach. The pool is clean and nice, I think the size is medium. At the pool is a bar with drinks and snacks.

Bu fiyata böyle bir kalite beklemiyordum. Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde. Yemekleri çok güzeldi, mutfak çok zengindi. 5 gece kaldım, odam 3 gün temizlendi. Sürekli etkinlik vardı. Ancak asıl yıldızı kesinlikle personel hak ediyor. Her bir personel aşırı ilgili ve sıcak kanlılar. İşini bu kadar severek ve eğlenerek yapan personel görmek beni çok şaşırttı. Otelin etrafında yemek, su sporları, eğlence, ulaşım, alışveriş her türlü imkan var.

Mesut bey ve Delnia hanımın ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Eğlenceli güzel bir tatil oldu. İçicekler çok kaliteli olmasa da sunulan ilgi alaka harikaydı. Animasyon ekibine de teşekkür ederiz. Dj istediğim şarkıyı bile çaldı. İyi çalışmalar,

Herhangi bir problem yaşamadık, güler yüzlü personel ve lezzetli yemekler vardı.

Hotel was amazing staff are efficient

very bad and dishonest business, they charged us 150 TL for internet usage, watching TV is paid, we only bought breakfast carpet, my daughter wanted 3 slices of onion rings and we asked how much we would pay extra, the restaurant department manager of the hotel said our treat, the reception desk is for 3 dlim onion rings. They asked us for 300 TL, it is not an honest business, the quality is very low, their only focus is to deceive customers.

Holiday very clean and tidy staff excellent we went for 7 days and added 4 additional 4 days.

The description of this hotel was totally inaccurate. We booked it as an all inclusive end of season treat with friends, only to arrive and be told the board was on a B&B basis as the season was closing. Even though the hotel was good and clean, gym, indoor pool etc were all closed up so unable to use them. We were a bit miffed to say the least.

Absolutely amazing, the hotel couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend, amazing location !

The hotel is very clean, in a great location with large rooms and a good size balcony. We had a pool view which appears to be the best. Other guests told us that their rooms with a road view or side street view were noisy. The pool was quite cold and there were sufficient sunbeds for everyone, but I would expect both to change during the summer months. The food was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is something for everyone, but the quality is as expected for a buffet, and we chose to eat out most evenings. The drinks were of cheap ingredients with additional alcohol required. The service was generally good, with attentive staff. The bar staff, waiters and cleaners were all polite happy and helpful, although at times there were language barriers. Unfortunately, the management staff were far less attentive, helpful and considerate, and at times rude. Most notably the blonde female working at the reception. We had a difficulty with the electricity being turned off in our room to which she responded 'I had similar in my house', without any explanation nor apology. We had an issue were our taxi to the airport did not arrive, and received no assistance from this same woman, in fact she appeared to be defending the taxi company who did not show up in the correct taxi. WiFi, use of an iron or a safe are all incur additional charges. The WiFi is frustrating and logs you out every so often. Guests are mainly families, couples or friends from the UK.

Hôtel avec une clientèle venue majoritairement de l’est (Russie, Ukraine, etc..) ambiance qui ne nous convenait pas car avec des séjours all inclusive on a une certaine clientèle qui est attirée par notamment la boisson, le gaspillage, le bruit, l’excès, le profit,… ne convient pas aux familles, aux couples venus chercher le calme, la sérénité convient aux fetards, aux personnes qui veulent des forfaits tout inclus et ne sont pas regardants sur la qualité, le bien être etc Cela dit nous avons eu une chambre surclassée avec piscine privative au lieu d’une chambre standard. Dommage que les voisins ont perturbé notre baignade avec leur musique au son élevé Rapport qualité/prix très correct. Le buffet était très bon, le petit déjeuner moins à mon goût.
