Food en drink was excellent every day different food. But the beach and the sea was not good. But the rest off the hotel was very good the kids had a lot off fun

It was a good hotel. Pool and entertainment is good. The food is not amazing but good. Great place/stay for families especially if you have young kids. It is short staffed. My table was barely cleaned unless I asked for it. But staff does their best, smiles. I did not see any attitude. The sea is low tide actually terrible, forget about the beach and want to swim in the sea if you are staying with them. Very safe and happy place. Overall I will give 4 stars but definitely not more than that.

It was a great time in a great hotel! We arrived late at midnight at the hotel, and the lobby was very lively, which made us very welcome! We also got the option to have a late dinner, simple but very tasty food in the main restaurant, after our long trip. The staff are amazing, attentive, and courteous. You see people working everywhere all the time (they are very hardworking people, and they do deserve tips always, if you can). The cleanliness isn't 5 stars, and I'm blaming the buildings around the hotel, which are many at this time. So the balcony is always dusty, but you can request to clean it from the app or with housekeeping. The bed wasn't the best one I have had, but it is ok, are couple beds, not 2 single beds together. The towels were changed every day during our stay The main restaurant there has a lot of options of food options from European to Azian. Nice and very tasty! We went to 2 A La Cart restaurants (Mexican and Italian), and even the staff were nice, the food wasn't the best I have tried. So, go to the free options if you have, but don't pay for Italian, even if it is only €10 per person. There are kids' dance and show activities every night. I found it a bit late to start at 20h45, going to 22h, but it should be fine for most. The beach doesn't worsen the trip. I'm a beach person and have been in many beautiful ones. The view is nice and beautiful. The water is clear until kids start playing in the sand on the edge. I think isn't natural sand.

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in het libertyhotel. Onze 3 jaar oude dochter vond het erg leuk om samen met ons te spelen bij de kidsclub. Vooral het smincken vond ze leuk. Omdat ik zwanger ben mag ik niet alles eten. Hier konden ze me goed bij helpen. Ook stonden er kaartjes bij het buffet waar je met het scannen van een qr code kon zien wat er in het eten zat. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en wilde ons goed helpen. De kamer was groot en erg netjes. We hadden de juniorsuite, waardoor onze dochter een eigen kamer had. Dit was prettig. Het peuterbad was eind april/begin mei nog te koud. De rest van de zwembaden waren prima qua temperatuur.

The hotel is huge and looks lovely from the outside. However, the carpets outside the rooms are quite dated, and the wooden flooring inside the rooms creaks badly. There was constant noise until the early hours of the morning, and we were then woken up by a loud crackling sound from the extractor fan. The bathroom also had an awful smell first thing in the morning, which was very unpleasant. The buffet was quite limited, especially for vegetarians, with very few options available. It was extremely crowded, and there was a lot of cross-contamination from the meat dishes. For a five-star hotel, the little touches that make a stay feel special seemed lost in catering for the masses. Sadly, it didn’t live up to the five-star expectations.

Geçen sene bu otelde kalıp çok memnun kalmıştık.Bu senede iyi ki tercih etmişiz.Yine çok memnun kaldık.Resepsiyonundan temizlik personeline kadar herşey oldukça iyi.

Das Hotel ist zwar nicht mehr das neueste Hotel aber dennoch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Einmal mit einem Doppelbett und einmal mit zwei Doppelbetten. Und immernoch seeehr geräumig. Der Service und das Personal sind top. Das Essen egal zu welcher Tageszeit ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Sehr viele verschiedene Bars und ala carte Restaurants inbegriffen. Die Außenanlage hat für jeden etwas. Für zum Entspannen und zum Mitmachen. Der Strandabschnitt ist etwas zu klein. Etwas weit weg vom Zentrum aber mit Bus und Taxi ist man in 10 Minuten da. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Herşey çok güzeldi

Her şey mükemmel fakat oda için şöyle bir sıkıntı oldu, biz oda seçtiğimizde deniz manzaralı oda almıştık fakat yandan deniz manzaralı oda verdiler bize. İtiraz ettiğimizde de bizim otelde deniz manzaralı oda bulunamıyor ve odalar hepsi yandan denize bakıyor!!! Açıkçası tatil ters başlasın istemedik o yüzden uğraşmadık ama bu güzel olmadı.

Die Unterkunft an sich war gut, nur der Service U die Sauberkeit war schlecht. Keine Bedingung beim Trinken am Ende immer Schlangen an der Bar Theke u dann heißt es noch man bekommt aktuell kein Kaffee weil er nur kalte Drinks macht sollte mich nochmal an eine andere bar begeben. Snack Bar müssten wir über ne Std auf unser essen warten andere wurden einfach vorgezogen trotz mehrmaliger Aufmerksamkeit wo unser essen bleibt. Dann war die Anlage einfach gegen Mittag schon komplett verschmutzt überall liegen leere Becher, jede Menge Flügen im Speisesaal am Fenster da auch klebriger Boden in den Ecken U dreckige Fenster. Die Zimmer wurden nicht immer sauber gemacht gegen Ende sogar keine Handtücher gewechselt, mussten wir auch an der Rezeption erwähnen damit Handtücher gewechselt werden U das Zimmer gemacht wird.

Uzun zamandır bu kadar konforlu bir otele gitmemiştim. Koluna takılan plastik bilezikler yoktu. İçkiler orijinal, çalışanlar kaliteli. Daha önce gittiğim hiçbir otelde bu konforu bulamadım. Seneye daha uzun gelmek üzere ayrıldık bugün

Great hotel and lovely experience

Das Hotel war leider sehr enttäuschend und hat nichts mit der bekannten Liberty- Kette zu tun. Soweit ich weiß wurde das Hotel letztes Jahr von Liberty übernommen und man hat nichts in den Hotel investiert. Der Strand ist eine Zumutung. Es ist sehr flach und auch nach 50m ist das Wasser hoch bis zur Brust und zu dem voll von Seegrass. Das Essen im Hotel ist unterstes Niveau, die alkoholischen Getränke sind billiger Fusel. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns das Hotel nicht gefallen, da dass Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis katastrophal war. Man hat für sein Geld nichts bekommen. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr zurückkommen.
