콘야알티 해변이 가까워 산책하기에 아주 좋은 곳입니다 구시가지와는 좀 거리가 있어 관광지 접근성은 떨어지나 렌트카 혹은 대중교통을 이용 한다면 좋은 숙소일듯 합니다

호텔의 청결도나 안락함은 전체적으로 높았으나, 직원 친절도가 낮음

호텔은 대체로 청결하고 깨끗했으나, 직원 친절도가 떨어짐.

시설은 좋은 호텔이나, 서비스 품질에서 문제가 많음. 한 예로 호텔닷컴 특가 예약 고객을 무시하는 경향이 있음

호텔의 위치, 청결 외적인 부분은 훌륭하나, 서비스 마인드는 아직 개선여지가 많음.

저는 친언니랑 2013년 6월 4일부터 5일까지 릭소스호텔에 머물렀습니다. 사진으로 본것과 같이 시설도 좋고 위치도 버스터미널과 5-10분거리로 매우 좋았습니다. 방도 고급리조트 답게 크고 깨끗하여 시설면에서는 매우 만족스럽습니다. 하지만 바다가 생각보다 멀었습니다. 호텔에 연결된 길을따라 나무계단을타고 100미터 이상 걸어 내려가야하며, 바닷가의 썬베드나 시설물은 따로 이용료를 내고 사용합니다. 해변의 하얀 모래사장을 기대했으나 자갈뿐인 돌밭이라 맨발로 걷기엔 아픔니다. 그래도 바다물이 깨끗해서 괜찮았습니당. 아쉬웠던건 호텔직원들의 서비스 태도였습니다. 무언가 문의하려 전화하면, 최소 3명 이상의 직원에게 똑같은 질문울 반복해야했고. 간단한 셔틀버스 문의였는데, 결국 확인 후 전화주겠다는 담당자는 연락이 없었습니다. 호텔 인포메이션 데스크에는 여자직원들이 4명이나 있었는데~ 문의사항에 대해 귀찮은 태도로 응대했고. 현지 버스회사에 전화 문의좀 해달라는 부탁에, 자기네는 그런 부탁은 들어줄 수 없으니 직접터미널에가서 알아보라고 말했습니다. 고급 호텔인 릭소스 직원들의 서비스 수준은 작은 민박집보다 못한것 같습니다. -------------------------------- I visited this hotel 2013.Jun 04th till 5th. I stayed with my sister for vacation. We do like the hotel facilities and location. But the hotelier's service was very disappointed. They didn't answer a simple question like hotel suttle bus service info. And keep transfer to another department or person in charge. I had to repeat my question to more than 3 differnt persons. Because They just transfer the phone to the other, didn't even listen to me what i want to know. And in the end, the person on the phone told me 'no, we dont have.' They say No! Easly and didn't give me an alternative choice. So I had to do everything by my self. Simlpy un pleasent stay due to their poor service and attitude. I wish they consider about their quality of customer service.

The only good part of this hotel was the friendly and smiley bar and kitchen staff. Other than that, I was disappointed. The management’s attitude towards the street cats(which are in the hotel area) was upsetting staff told me feeding them was not allowed by the management which felt wrong in a country where they are part of daily life. My room was also not properly cleaned upon arrival. I would not stay here again, or in any Rixos hotels

The staff were all very helpful and attentive especially Ceyla Musayeva in guest relations nothing was too much. She was extremely helpful. The dining staff were always happy and friendly.

The Rixos was better than expectation - its great for poolside sun bathing, sea bathing and 24/7 food availability - 10/10.

“Her şey dahil” adı altında aldığımız bu otel deneyimi büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu. • Oda & temizlik: Oda üç yıldızlı standartta; banyo yeterince temiz değildi, çarşaf ve terlikler güven vermedi. Minibarda 2 kişi için yalnızca 1 gofret vardı, cips bayattı, içecekler gazsızdı. • Yemek: Restorana girer girmez ağır bir koku vardı, yemekler birbirine karışmıştı. Açık büfe zengin görünse de lezzetsizdi. Kahvaltı eksikti, sucuk kalitesizdi, pankek buz gibiydi. Suşi denemesi market suşusundan kötüydü. Tropik bardan pizza tabağı kirli geldi, quesadillas tuzlu ve yumuşamıştı. Akşamları mide yanması yaşadım. 4 gece üzeri konaklamada verilen ücretsiz a la carte yemek kaliteliydi. • Hizmet: Tropik bar saat sınırlıydı, milli maç izlememize izin verilmedi. Buna karşın Aylin Hanım, Fatma Hanım ve Cemal Bey bizimle ilgilenip çözüm aradılar, teşekkür ederim. • Land of Legends: Servis şoförü tehlikeli sürdü, kaza riski yaşadık. İçerisi aşırı kalabalık ve kötü kokuluydu. Dolap kiralamak ücretliydi, yiyecek-içecek pahalıydı. Kaydırak sırası çok uzun, fast track olanlar sürekli öne geçti. Eşimin gözlüğüyle binemeyeceği sırada söylendi, önceden uyarı yoktu. Dönüş servisleri çok seyrek, taksiler sadece nakit kabul ediyor. Bir günümüz boşa gitti. Sonuç: Ödediğimiz ücrete karşılık aldığımız hizmet çok yetersizdi. Ne yemeklerden keyif alabildik ne tatilden; üstelik Türk mutfağını yabancılara bu şekilde tanıtmaları üzücü.

A brilliant resort. So many activities available throughout the day. Staff were really attentive. Quite flexible on booking the land of legends. Very nice food was great.

Overall good property, with plenty activities for both adults and kids. Staff very helpful and polite.

4 gece 5 gün konakladık ve girdiğimiz andan çıktığımız ana kadar muhteşem ağırlandık. Herkes çok kibar, güler yüzlü ve temiz giyimliydi. Ama plaj özel olsa dahi halka açık olarak denize giriyorduk ve plaj otelden biraz uzakta. Maalesef o kısımlar çok temiz değil ve Rixos kalitesini hissedemiyordunuz. En sevdiğimiz husus asla ama asla aç kalmamaktı. Sürekli yiyecek ve içecek sirkülasyonu var. Karnımız sürekli şiş gezdik açıkçası.

The worst hotel I have stayed in

Sehr ruhiges und schönes Hotel, leider fehlte am Abend bisschen die Unterhaltung aber ansonsten alles prima !

Een geweldige accomodatie met idem personeel en eten. Voortreffelijk, echt waar voor het geld. Ja het kost wat, maar je krijgt er ook veel voor terug.

Rixos Downtown Antalya exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms were spacious with beautiful views, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. The pool, spa, and location near the beach and Old Town made the stay even better. A perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and great service — highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel, excellent service, starbucks included in the all inclusuve. Excellent food. Only negative is the beach which is pebble, not sand and there are many steps to get there. There is a public elevator, but not working when ws were there. Otherwise super. I woild defeinately stay again.

We had an amazing experience at Rixos Downtown Antalya from start to finish. The facilities were clearly explained upon arrival, and the staff consistently checked in to ensure our well-being and the cleanliness of our rooms. The hotel atmosphere was outstanding, making the stay truly enjoyable. A special thanks to my guest relations team, Ceyla, who was extremely professional, attentive, and always ready with great advice. She made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Overall, an exceptional stay—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.
