The hotel didnot have a parking lot and the employee did not want to valet park. If you are driving, then dont book this hotel.

El vapor estaba fallando, también la parte de hielo en el spa. Mejoraría las instalaciones del spa para mejorar la calidad de servicio y también mejoraría la comida porque en otros restaurantes de Turquía es mucho mejor

Girişte depozito istendi. Odaya girer girmez gelip mini barı boşalttılar, böyle bir rezillik yok. Otel eskimiş, odalar kokuyor. Restoranda üç sabah da personelin kendi aralarındaki didişmelere şahit oldum. Otel bitmiş

Rooms much more dated than expected. Heating hard to use, curtains broken which made fully blocking light difficult and breakfast was just a shamozzle

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war befriedigend, das Personal durchaus hilfsbereit, allerdings wurden Serviceanliegen zwar zugesagt, jedoch nicht weiterverfolgt oder umgesetzt

Air-conditioner is not that cold, dim lightings, yellowish water quality, etc.

The Rixos Pera hotel was an excellent choice. Great service and very comfortable room. All was taken care of and we very much enjoyed our time in the hotel.

Rooms require more cleaning and it smells

Rixos Negatives: Water pressure is weak. Room temperature can’t be adjusted above 22C. Curtains don’t block the sunlight. Limited hooks for towels in the bath and the ones they have are not well placed. At times, there was a wait for a bowl and for a spoon at breakfast. Positives: View from rooftop restaurant. The best night light in the bathroom I’ve seen. A nice dental kit for supplementing whatever you’ve brought with you.

Room smelt of smoke and was a little tired. We slept OK for the first two nights but the noise from the bar opposite on Saturday night was so loud until very late.
