The worst overated hotel, avoid avoid avoid , its dirty old broken, nothing like the pictures, falso promises , foood is nasty

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht bekommen. Das Personal hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, meiner Tochter hat es auch gefallen

Allting var nästan perfekt. Nära till havet bra service och supergoda bufe. Biz cok memnun kaldik herkese tavsiye ederim harika bir otel.

Eine in die Jahre gekommene Luxusanlage. Leider nicht überall sauber. Ansonsten top Anlage mit mehreren Pools und nah am mehr. Leider nicht gut im Schuss. Essen mittelmäßig. Personal super nett und zuvorkommend.

The AC wasn’t working ,it was too humid in the room.the room was very small and tight room, it was a terrible experience.I was glad we were only there for one night. The rooms were smelling awful. Old structure. Dark corridors. Lights not working Breakfast was acceptable. Night snacks were just ok Not very fresh. Overall- certainly Not a 5 star experience We moved to starlight resort. Just 5 minutes from This place. And the difference is tremendous. And easily noticeable. Please downgrade the rating of this property!

Bra drinkar och maten ok nöjd

stayed at Selectum Family Comfort Hotel in Manavgat from April 1 to April 4, and what happened on the last night completely ruined our stay and left me with physical pain and emotional distress. On the night of April 3 (after midnight, so technically April 4), I had a serious incident inside the hotel. Instead of receiving proper care or any meaningful support from hotel management, I was simply told not to call the police. Can you imagine? A guest injured and the priority is to protect the hotel’s reputation, not the person’s well-being. After returning to Antalya, the pain worsened. I ended up needing an MRI, a doctor’s report, and medical treatment, which I now have all documented. What’s worse is that the hotel didn’t even follow up or show any concern after the incident. Zero accountability. I have witnesses, including other guests and my children, and I’m pursuing this through legal channels with my lawyer. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and should never treat any guest the way I was treated. If you care about your health, safety, and being treated like a human being – do NOT book this hotel.

Magnifique 😍

We received a very nice, spacious room with an amazing view. Check-in was quick, and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very disappointing. Sometimes, only one of the two beds was made, and at times, the room was barely cleaned. The hotel is nice, but the issue lies with the staff. Everyone seems tired, and as a guest, you can feel the negative atmosphere among them (snack bar) mostly). The food could be better for a 5-star hotel. The beach is nice, and the animation was okay. Overall, we enjoyed the holiday.

All the hotel staff really care about you. Customer service was always interested in us if we needed anything. The internet connection is perfect. The food is delicious and the room service does its job very well. The pools are clean and the beach was very enjoyable. We want to go back next year. I would like to thank all the hotel staff.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel für Familie und Kinder. Sehr viel aktivitäten und Spaß, sehr viel Essen Auswahl. Personal sehr Nett und zu Vorkommend. Aufjedenall würde ich es weiter Empfehlen. Gern noch mal.

First when we arrived their check in time is supposedly at 2pm however we had to wait until 3.20pm to get our room. As an excuse for the late check in we were told that we are Expedia customers and are getting some special gifts that’s why it’s taking longer then the regular check in time. However we did not get any gifts when we were in our room. Then we found an expired beer in our fridge which was expired in April 2024. Since we did not drink we simply advised the staff about it and did not care further. Nonetheless it left a bitter feeling since the thought kept coming to my mind if they are serving expired beer in the fridge how the quality of their food will be. Afterwords we need to advise the staff literally 3 times to fix the air conditioning since it was not working and we had 40 degrees Celsius. We were also advices twice that the sofa bed will be made soon. When we returned to our room at 10.45pm it was still not made. So we called reception and told them that our son would like to sleep. The food is very basic and repetitive. Aquapark is nice however closes from 12-2pm which is peak time in the heat. There are 4 a la cart dinner restaurants however only one is included in the All Inclusive program, if you want to visit more then one then you would have to pay which is the first time I’ve experienced from over 25 resorts I’ve visited do far. Overall be very mindful when choosing this resort!

Hotellet var fint og med super sødt personale. Maden smagte godt men var meget det samme hele ugen. Faciliteter var fine. Desværre var der rigtigt mange russere på hotellet som fyldte meget.
