심플리 파인 호텔 알리제

Our stay at Simply Fine hotel was anything but simply fine. We booked 4 nights but only stayed 1 night here. The food options were limited & gone-off. The lights in the corridors were not working, like you were in a horror movie. The lift was not working, you had to wait at least 5 minutes to use it. The facilities were poor. The atmosphere in the hotel was not friendly & welcoming. We did not feel safe. Our room on the 5th floor smelt of gas, specifically methane gas. This was horrible & suffocating! We changed rooms to 4th floor, only to be greeted with the same suffocating gas smell. The workers knew about the gas issue, they said this is the case in majority the rooms. They cannot do anything about it. My partner and I had to sleep on a single bed together as the double bed in our new room was broken! It was awful stay! We complained about the above to the staff. The reception staff was helpful, however, we had quite an unpleasant exchange with the manager who was trying to convince us that the above was okay and that she would provide a complementary bottle of wine and chocolates; if we agreed to forget and take our complaint back. The hotel promises to provide free Wi-Fi on expedia; however, you can only connect to the Wi-Fi in the lobby, and you will need to find the right spot in the lobby to do this. All the hotel guests gather at the lobby to use the Wi-Fi. They charge Wi-Fi and this is not advertised on expedia, which is misleading!The Wi-Fi is 3Euros per day.

resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar mükemmeldi onun dışında barlardaki arkadaşlarda iyi niyetli ve saygılıydılar fakat pandemi dolayısı ile bazı sıkıntıları vardı otelin malzeme konusunda yemekleri çok vasattı

Perzonál vstřícný, usměvavý, jídlo nandaváno perzonálem, co si ukážete, to vám dají, mohlo by být více na výběr, ale bylo dobré.

Boravio sam u periodu 15.-25. juni 2019. Očekivao sam sve najbolje a bilo je duplo bolje. Od mene ocjena 10/10.
