스파 호텔 콜로새 써멀

영어하는 직원이 없어서 전화를 하면 계속 전화를 돌려서 의사소통 불가하고 단체손님 위주의 호텔로 석식 및 조식 무료 제공이나 종류는 많으나 정말 먹을거 없는 식단임. 심지어 저녁에 먹던 감자튀김이 아침에 다시 나오는 느낌. 굳이 그 구석까지 가서 온천을 할 필요 없으며 시설도 그냥 싸구려 목욕탕. 호텔내 무료식수 및 수건도 사전에 준비하지 않아 건건이 전화해서 받아야 하고 마치 팁을 주면 갔다주는 그런 서비스를 제공하는 호텔. 파묵칼레 자체가 워낙 하루에 지나치는 도시라서 그런지 전반적으로 서비스 정신없이 돈만 벌려는 도시 느낌. 절대로 파묵칼레에서 숙박하지 마시고 구경하는 경유지로 선택하세요

만족은 별로. 중국사람들이 너무나 많다 .5성 호텔 이라는데 거기까진 모자람.

プールと温泉はとても良かった。２食つきでこの値段は、とってもお得。ただ、朝食のエキメキが、固かったのは残念｡

Öncelikle lobideki güler yüzlü karşılamanın tüm calisanlarda da olmasini isterdik. Otel güzel olmakla birlikte yenilenmeye ihtiyaci var çünkü bayağ eski yüzlü kalmış. Kahvalti ve akşam yemeği gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Termal bölümünün de bakima ihtiyaci var.

Very friendly and accomodating staff

O atendimento muito bom. Todos solícitos em preocupados em atender da melhor maneira. Quarto bom, o SPA muito bom, porém várias áreas em manutenção. Incluindo piscina quente interna. Apesar de nao aproveitarmos todo o hotel, pela manutenção, eu recomendo

The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but we were told we could not refill them at breakfast as we must buy plastic bottles every time we wanted to get water. This is shocking, and for a hotel in this day and age to only be using plastic water bottles is disappointing and enough to put us off returning. Even on the tables in the dining room, water is served in disposable plastic cartons - not jugs with glasses to drink from - and so the management really need to take a close look at the apalling eco-credentials of this hotel.

The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. In the summertime, I don't think these could be enjoyed at all. The hotel also had other things to do, such as a game center, and a large property to walk around. It's a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out well for us to be able to travel with our dog. The indoor pool and saunas were also nice. We also tried a massage at the spa and it was excellent. Staff was also very good, helpful and friendly.

They need to really improve their dining options

Very old hotel, extremely low quality food for bfast and dinner. Caters to tour groups. Check in front desk was more interested in selling a euro 120 tour than telling us about the hotel and amenities. This tour could bought for 89 euro on the usual tour websites. Why waste your time houstling with tour group check ins and tour group breakfasts when there are so many other hotels there. I deeply regretted my choice.

Genel olarak memnun kaldik. Memnun kalmadigimiz tek konu yiyecekler oldu. Yemek cesidi fazla olmasina karsin, lezzetli yiyecek bulmakta zorlandik.

NOT 5 stars! LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! Old and dated, feels like 1980s and the bathrooms are made for senior citizens with handicap rails and banged up. Front desk dbl charged us and thankfully we caught it and they corrected. They have tons of bus loads of people staying there and it’s long lines for food and you eat in a massive banquet hall. The pool area smalls and is not clean.

The staff was completely unhelpful. Facility is old and tired. Things were closed. Things in room did not work. I would recommend finding another hotel. We left early and found another location.

Hotel velho, sujo, funcionários rudes, não tem elevador, geladeira não funciona e o ar está desligado quando vc chega no verão com 40 graus!

Food in restaurant was not good. Numerous types, but almost all low quality bad food just made with bad ingredients. Instead they could just present couple of types of proper food for the same amount of cost to the institution. Kitchen apparently not well managed. Property needs update all over. Housekeeping and cleanliness in rooms is fine.

Stingy. The only drink free at the dinner (which is included) is water. Tea is like 3 euro.
