The location was perfect as it was convenient for transportation to various tour points and to airport. Cleanness and service were also superb ! If I have future chance to stay in Instanbul, I’d like to choose this hotel again without hesitation.

This hotel exceeded every expectation and truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were outstanding—warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt personal, and it was clear that guest comfort and satisfaction were a top priority. They were always available, attentive, and happy to help, which made the entire stay seamless and stress-free. The location was excellent, offering both convenience and peace of mind. I felt completely safe at all times, whether coming and going during the day or returning at night. Safety was clearly a priority here, and that alone made a huge difference in how comfortable and relaxed I felt throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed, spotless, and fully functional. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The spa was another highlight of the experience. It was clean, calming, and professionally run—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Every detail, from the facilities to the service, reflected a high standard of care and quality. This hotel delivered excellence in every area: staff, location, comfort, cleanliness, and safety. There were absolutely no issues at any point during my stay. I would gladly return without hesitation and highly recommend this property.

The ventilation system in this hotel is extremely poor, and there is a strong sewage odor throughout the building. The smell spreads everywhere ,in the lobby, hallways, and especially inside the rooms ,and it is truly unpleasant and nauseating. Most of the hotel staff appear unhappy and very serious, with little positive energy or welcoming attitude, particularly the employees working in the breakfast area. The only exception was the lady standing at the entrance who checked room numbers; she was polite and kind. The stairway at the hotel entrance makes carrying luggage very difficult, and there are often no staff members available to help, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. In reality, the overall quality feels like a 3-star hotel, not more. The only positive aspect was the breakfast variety, which was acceptable. The bathroom exhaust fans in the rooms are extremely weak, and as a result, unpleasant odors from lower floors travel upward into the upper floors. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

There was a bad smell from the entrance, and the air conditioning and bathroom ventilation were old and weak. I do not recommend this hotel . I changed to another one after three nights.

The hotel was very disappointing, especially in terms of air conditioning. A strong unpleasant smell was spreading from the entrance and into the lobby. The ventilation system in the bathrooms is extremely old and very weak. I do not recommend this hotel at all it’s better to choose another property of the same category. I changed my hotel after three nights because I was completely unsatisfied. The only positive point was Mr. Farhad at the reception, who was an excellent and very respectful gentleman. One important thing to be aware of: be careful with the minibar charges. During checkout, they falsely claimed that I used items from the minibar. Luckily, I had taken before-and-after photos, so they realized it wasn’t true and apologized. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel
