Beach Enclave offers a private beachfront experience with only 5-6 rooms, creating a quiet atmosphere less than 10 minutes from Grace Bay. Guests should know there is no traditional front desk. Arrival must be coordinated in advance via email, and communication is handled primarily through WhatsApp with your assigned butler. Arrival communication felt less polished than at other luxury properties we’ve visited. Coordinated taxi arrived pretty late. We noted that we were celebrating an anniversary, but that detail was marked N/A at check in. The property also suggests gratuities for the butler, housekeeping, pool and beach attendants; however, we never interacted with anyone outside of housekeeping and the butler. The staff were friendly, the villa was clean, and bottled water was replenished daily. However, the rooms felt smaller than expected based on the photos and nightly rate. While complimentary breakfast is advertised, it is limited to juice, bread, and fruit. Eggs and other protein options are not included. Transportation was also an additional cost.

Beautiful property and beautiful location. Staff was incredible, restaurant was the best we had on the island, vibe is good, super private, very elevated. Rooms are smaller than appear on the pictures but still beautiful.

Hello! I’m writing to share feedback about our recent stay at Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos and to ask that you review our experience with compensation in mind. I want to start by saying that the property itself has a lot of potential, and the staff we interacted with were genuinely kind and tried to be helpful whenever they could. Unfortunately, a number of issues made our stay far more stressful than it should have been — especially as I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and needed a certain level of comfort and reliability. The biggest issue was the ongoing lack of hot water. Having hot water is a basic necessity, not an extra, and this problem happened multiple times during our stay. On multiple occasions, we had to wait about 45 minutes for maintenance to arrive, only for what felt like a temporary fix. We were told by maintenance that the electrical component was faulty and needed to be replaced, which made it clear this wasn’t a one-off issue. Not being able to rely on something as fundamental as hot water was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, particularly given the cost of the room. We were also surprised that bottled water wasn’t readily available. This was important to me while pregnant, and having to source it ourselves was inconvenient and concerning. Breakfast was another disappointment. What was offered felt more like a quick grocery-store setup — pastries, a basic fruit plate, and self-serve coffee, with no fresh milk.
