Great staff at the desk, loved the free bikes and beach ride

Lovely place to stay! Staff was fabulous and helpful! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We will def be back! Truly enjoyed everything! From the welcome drinks and getting our room tour by Alaon who added some comedic relief, we were off to a great start! We loved our room to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, truly felt like a tropical oasis. I’m always ready to go back home but for the first time I felt like I was home in our room that had a living room, dining room and full kitchen. The food onsite was delicious!!!! Very pricey though (offering a discount for ppl staying at the hotel would be nice). The golf cart to the beach was truly a treat and so fun! The woman at the front desk, Stacey was such a delight! Her presence made such a difference every time we walked by the lobby! We can’t wait to return to this (what we selfishly hope stays a hidden gem in Turks)!

This is a beautiful property! We were there celebrating our 25th anniversary. They were sweet enough to leave a bottle of prosecco for us upon arrival. The attention to detail is excellent. The pools are beautiful! Very clean, safe, friendly staff. Our room had everything we needed and more! Beautiful beach set up that was a convenient golf cart ride away. We would definitely stay at Oasis again!

The outside shower in the King Deluxe room was the highlight of my stay.

We loved our stay at The Oasis! The property was superb and quiet. It only has 36 rooms, so you’re not tripping over people or dealing with inattentive service from the staff. Our room was cleaned and fully stocked daily. Room service was quick and convenient. You get shuttle service to and from the beach, which was lovely! Also, there were chairs and canopies set up on the beach along with towel service. Everything was wonderful! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay for 4 nights. I’m sure we will return. Shout out to David at Isolana. Incredibly hospitable and makes a mean margarita.

Beautiful and surprisingly quiet place short walk from the beach. Great service. Really enjoyed the free e-bike service that helped us see more places around the area.

Beautiful small resort with exceptionally friendly staff, attractive grounds and clean, well-air conditioned rooms! Would totally stay there again!

Loved everything about the property!!

We loved our stay at The Oasis! The staff is so friendly and the property is beautiful. So many great amenities like the beach shuttle/ food & drink service on the beach/ free airport pickup and drop off/ free electric bike use etc. The only problem I had was that I have some food restrictions and the restaurant was not very accommodating (especially the dinner menu) but I made it work!! Regardless, we would 1000% come back we loved The Oasis!

The resort does not provide free breakfast but it’s advertised with VIP PERKS. The resort manager promised a complimentary airport shuttle to compensate the “free breakfast” but did not honor the free ride at the time of my departure and said that my reservation does not have VIP PERKS! Currently the location has construction outside the resort so most of the rooms DOES NOT have a view besides the on going construction across the street. It’s a small resort so you can’t expect much. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating.

We loved our stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay, the hotel, the staff, the rooms, the beach and the transport to the beach - it's a beautiful place to relax around the pool, so comfortable, and the designated area on the beautiful beach with sunbeds, sunshades & beach towels is a bonus! Great food at the restaurant on site and some great food at the many restaurants nearby.

The Oasis is absolutely the perfect location and a beautiful property. Staff is incredibly attentive and the rooms are very comfortable.

This is a very nice boutique hotel. We had great experience. We were upgraded to 2 bedroom suit and it is quite nice. It is not located directly on the beach but shuttle takes you to the beach and it runs on demand without any delay, so this is not an issue at all. Beach lounges in my opinion are one of the best on the beach. Beach service is excellent. It is also only 8 minutes walk back to the hotel so if it’s not hot it’s a very pleasant walk. Property is very clean and neatly kept. Restaurant on property has very good food and service. Only negative comment I would make that AC in rooms are very loud and it gets very cold if you don’t know how to adjust it, so ask staff to show you. Also there are no black out shades in rooms and it’s pretty light outside so make sure to bring eye mask if you can’t fall asleep with light outside. But overall property is very nice and if you don’t want to spend 1500 per night but be on Grace Bay beach I would definitely recommend this place.

Super friendly staff and the property was within walking distance of beach, club, and casino. Room was clean.

We didn’t stay in the room. It was dirty, very tiny room and had a strong chemical smell. We left and booked another hotel. This hotel refused to give a refund.
