Das Hotel Address Grand Creek Harbour hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Creek. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels, darunter der Pool, das Fitnessstudio und die Restaurants, waren erstklassig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier in vollen Zügen genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The hotel it’s perfect but the service it’s a one star hotel service. Last week I stayed at address in Istanbul so that you can call service. I got the same level of service in all other addresses like Sky view and other addresses in UAE. At the check in time it’s took 45 minutes only reach the front desk agent it was same at checkout as well. We asked for a bellboy and no one came to help us with our luggage. 5 stars building and hotel but one star service.

Amazing stay. Nice new modern hotel Only fault was breakfast room is not big enough . We were shifted to the club room for breakfast but it only had around 30% of the buffet variety Also on 31 December, the pool area was basically closed as the lounges were mainly removed and the set up for NYE began at 1000 in the morning We could not utilize the pool on this day. They charge massive amounts for nye which is fine but not at the expense of staying guests
