This is one of my favourite properties to stay at in Al barsha area. This hotel is very nice, the rooms were spotless, is well located just a short walk distance to The mall of Emirates. In addition, the professionalism of the staff was exceptional especially to Inram and Muneeb that went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay after a long trip. I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my frequent colleague travelers.

It was not that special. Breakfast was soso, room was soso ( my next to room, there were kids who were screaming in middle of night and that sound was not blocked). Staff was soso (not frandly, not rude). The most uncomfortanble thing was noboby knew this hotel's location. I had to taxi driver the location, but they always said " what?, where?" so taxi fee was always too expensive because they drove around and around near hotel to find. So I told to desk staff how do I explain this location, then they said " our hotel was new so GPS can not found us"...oh my gosh that was all. English was not my mother languge and almost every one including staff. They did not put effort to understand what I was saying especially The man looks like Asian ( no offens I am Asian too, and I did not see he's name' I will never stay here again.

I stayed at the deluxe king-bed room. And it was even better than on the photos. I loved the bright colors of the room, large mirrors and furniture that looks harmonic. The room was tidy clean, meaning room service was on high level. The staff is amazing, their customer service goes above and beyond! Overall, I might easily say that Al Khoory Atrium is among the best hotels I have ever stayed and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
