The hotel was very good. However,I chose this hotel because I had a long connecting flight and was planning to stay there for about 10 hours.I cannot understand why they charge extra for early check-in.

숙박 둘째날 화재경보 울려서 급하게 로비로 나왔는데 화재 경보 테스트라고 웃으면서 말하니까 화가났고 샤워시 온도 조절이 잘 안되며, 옥상에 위치한 수영장은 비둘기를 위한 오아시스 였다. 다시는 가고싶지 않음

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hospitality was exceptional, and the atmosphere was both comfortable and welcoming. What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness — everything was spotless, especially the room, which felt like a private paradise. The staff were outstanding. From the friendly waiters to the talented chefs and the hardworking housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their attention to detail and warm attitude made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

Proximity to the airport

Ideal place to reach airport in time. The on site restaurant has good food and drinks options.

Easy shuttle to and from the airport. Good breakfast that was included with my stay.

The property did a great job of providing the schedule for the airport shuttle. The directions were easy to follow as we navigated from Arrivals to the pick-up point. The airport shuttle service was prompt to and from the airport. The evening staff were very attentive at check-in and check-out. Prasaud ensured that we had an easy check-in and check-out. At check-in, he explained the dining options for the buffet breakfast and dinner. We took the buffet breakfast and one dinner. The dining staff were friendly. They made sure that we had our breakfast beverages on our table by the time we selected our food from the buffet. The omelette bar was a welcomed surprise in the buffet. The young lady who made the omelette was very friendly. She made tasty omelettes based on my requirements. At dinner, the chef was very accommodating and made a meal for me because the available options contained foods that I am allergic to. The Mini Mart shopkeeper was very helpful and had the items that I needed. The bar staff were friendly. The Travel Desk representatives were very knowledgeable about the various tour options. They helped us organize for a private tour. Ali, our private car tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city of Dubai as well as the new changes in the city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Aloft Dubai Airport Hotel and we are looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic place, great breakfast

O hotel em geral é bom, exceto um pouco de barulho de musica alta em 2 noites que não atrapalhou muito. O problema é o serviço de transfer do hotel que é apenas a cada 1h, o que é ruim já que na chegada tivemos que esperar muito, pois como não sabiamos os horários, chegamos de madrugada ao hotel, quase 2 h após a chegada ao aeroporto, sendo que a viagem do aeroporto ao hotel demora uns 5 min. A administração do hotel deveria saber que na escolha do hotel perto do aeroporto se leva em conta que haja bom serviço de transfer. Percebe-se que o hotel não leva a sério isto, pois recebi um email na véspera informando que disponibilizavam transfer ao Dubai Mall, mas quando perguntei na recepção fomos informados que este serviço tinha sido descontinuado. No outro dia, já sabendo os horários do transfer ao aeroporto, pegamos o metrô, mas na volta o tranfer não apareceu no horário previsto, para não ficar mais uma hora esperando acabamos voltando a pé. Resumindo, se pretende utilizar o transfer é melhor procurar outras opções de hotel

Great place for quick layover near the airport.

Perfect stay. They allowed for early check in and was very pleasant to work with.

Excellent accommodations. We didn't stay overnight, just needed for a late flight after disembarking from cruise ship. But the room was absolutely wonderful, spacious, clean, bright, with free coffee, tee and water. Service was exceptional. Close to metro and airport. And they provide shuttle service to the Mall. Great for kids too!

The bedding was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff were so obliging, got me into a room far ahead of check in time and made me comfortable before that. Food great.

Very nice hotel, very close to the airport. We used it for a quick lay-over and were very happy.
