ㅁ룸 : 굉장히 넓고, 컨디션 좋습니다.
(화장실과 샤워부스가 투명 유리라는 점은 빼고)
룸청소 또한 깔끔하고 굉장히 친절함,
아이들이 쓸수있게 크레파스와 쿠키도 청소하시는
분이 넣어주시네요. 직접 손편지도 쓰셨네요^^
ㅁ리셉션 : 친절하고 편안합니다.
ㅁ식당: 직원들이 굉장히 친절하고 아이들에게 말도 걸고,
장난도 하면서 아이들이 편하게 지낼수있게
해줍니다. 요청하지않아도 음료와 주문할수있는
요리를 물어봐주고 직접 가져다줘서 편안히
식사했습니다.
ㅁ전반적으로 친절하고 편안한 호텔이라는 생각이듭니다.
ㅁ두바이를 다시 간다면 꼭 여기로 다시갈겁니다.

Everything was good for me except what there is not an electric plug for hair dryer in the rest room . So, I couldn't use it just after shower and I took it out to room near by desk for using it.

Arrived tired from long flight , hotel try ro upgrade the room 3 times more then I pay for 2 days , don’t tell me about breakfast time , and location, no shops around no place to walk

Check-in process was an absolute shambles. Staff didn't even acknowledged that I walked into the hotel or I am waiting to check-in. Finally when I asked to be served, it took ages to get a room. The rooms switches are out dated and sockets are not conveniently located. There isn't a single USB charging port available which will give you an idea of how old the rooms are....at £300 a night that is not good enough standards.

Loved the hotel, very chill. The concierge was so helpful. His name is Rahul and he was phenomenal! Restaurant reservations, excursions, and even concert tickets that were sold out...he found them :) Thanks Rahul!

Stay away from this property. Rooms smell so bad. Extremely old and poorly maintained. Hallways smell even worse. Hotel staff are extremely rude, they just want your money and don't care about you

Hospedagem incrivel, cafe da manhã maravilhoso, hotel próximo a todos os centros. Porém não dava de ver Burj Khaliva, em virtude de vários aranha céus ao redor. fica numa area excelente chamada Business Bay.

Excellent hospitality, great location. We arrived a few hours before check-in after more than 17 hours of travel and the front desk staff were so kind to us and understanding about our level of exhaustion. They helped us get situated with coffee and then got us into our room early, which was so incredibly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again!
