Clean room good location

Cleaning … not great Panels falling off the ceiling in bathroom

Hotel was clean, as it is a Star property, it is nothing special to be rated as a 5 Star property. There was construction in other rooms , the drilling noise was non stop from 10 am to 6pm, very disappointing. The break fast buffet was average spread and average Taste. The surrounding view is poor. The location to visit around dubai is good.

We arrived late to the hotel and we came to rooms that smell like smoke, we asked to switch and they gave us rooms that smelled musty. This whole process took us 1,5 hours. Eventually they gave us another room after going to the reception and demanding a new room. The room was okay but it was not clean. There was dust and hair. You also have to keep asking housekeeping to bring the complimentary water, towels, tissues and other stuff. It was also a bit weird that there was a closet with no hangers. We had to ask for hangers as well. The location of the hotel is okay, but taxis are quite expensive if you book through the hotel. If you don’t want to book through the hotel than you have to wait a bit longer until a taxi drives by.

Overall very disappointed stay. The hotel rooms are extremely dirty and the house keeping cleanliness is non-existent. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, you hear everything from the hallway to traffic and construction noises. Check in was fast chandaris at the front desk was great. When I entered the room, I noticed the room floor was very dirty and there long hairs on the floor, on the bedding and in the washroom. There were no hand towels or face towels in the bathroom. There was no shampoo in the shampoo dispenser and as I tried to hang my clothes, I realized there were no hangers in the closet. I kept hearing bird sounds and when I opened the curtains I noticed there were bunch of pigeons and baby pigeons living in the balcony. It looked like if that room has not been cleaned for the years. Chandaris was very helpful and she gave me a new number oom. The new room has as much better and had all the other amenities like toothbrush etc that were missing in the previous room. The next day when I came back to the hotel around 4pm after a long day, my room wasn't clean. I asked the front desk and the lady told me they clean up until 7pm so they didn't make it to my room yet. I was shocked, I had not heard this before. I sat in the lobby while they started the cleaning room. Once the room was serviced, I realized they did not refill coffee, did not provide new towels and just hanged the old one on the back of the door, they didn't clean the floor

Small and old bathroom. Shower in the bathtub not comfortable and not easy.

Great Hotel

There stuff were very kindly and collaborative but there was a minor issue which i believed that can be solved, that they should take care about cleaning the room

Location is good, friendly staff , nice pool , comfortable beds and close to airport also 7 min away from dubai mall and 9 min away from festival city mall

Over the all the Hotel it’s not it’s a normal but comparing for a price it’s a little bit expensive also our bathroom every day is not a Cleaning and he’s not good for me enough towel

Great place to stay, lots of amenities and loved the valet parking

Overall good location smaller shops around the corner

Very poor service They clean the room only when you complain! They don't change bed sheet or billowcase You have to call several time (They will hang up) than you give up and go all the way down

Paid extra to get a room with terrace to find out terrace is facing a construction site with noise going on all day. Staff unhelpful to move me.

Hotel has cockroaches. Its hard to sleep at night. It was hard to spend 3 nights.

the hotel is nice and big. the hotel has good Facilty with good condition , all are ok but the internet speed is slow unfortunately .
