Just overall a great family hotel

Booked for February half term with 2 kids age 6 and was super impressed. All of the staff from check in, to waiters, to lifeguards were incredible. They were all absolutely lovely and made such a fuss of my children. This seemed to be all staff as opposed to just 1 or 2 it was lovely! The food was amazing. Thai buffet reference - lush! Lebanese buffet on floor 8 nice. Sands we loved for breakfast and lunch to enjoy al fresco and we tried Uno once also which was good. Branded Chang beer was also great. Everything was super clean, and house keeping also brilliant. My only critque was that the lifts can take a little longer some times but it wasnt an issue.

Second stay in the hotel. Over the year it has improved a lot. Very clean, staff are very kind- big shoutout to lifeguard Kamal who is a gem. The downside is the lack of public transport however the hotel is very flexible arranging transport and they also have a very cheap bus service to areas like the Mall or the outlet. Food is very high quality. The pools are awesome! The water temperature was just right ( it was rather cold in our latest stay) - this resulted the kids didn’t even want to leave the water despite being in it whole day. There are tons of beach activities. We did Jetski- what was also an awesome experience. The hotel is close to the airport but the planes didn’t bother us. I highly recommend this hotel to families. Won’t disappoint.

Really nice property and clean and staff lovley but all inclusive is not what you expect you can only have food at the restaurant so no take away or in the lobby that all extra and the same with a drink you can only get this from the beach bar so no we’re near a pool and in the evening only if you sat down to dinner and nothing in the room

Hotellet var overfyldt. Morgenmaden var inkluderet men der var ikke plads i restauranterne. Elevatorerne var for få og det tog os 25 minutter at komme fra Lobby til 5 sal.

This is our second visit to this hotel, we loved it the first time and so glad we came back! The staff were fantastic, John the lovely lifeguard even remembered us from last time! The facilities are brilliant for all ages of children, lots to do, massive amount of beach and a few different pools too. Only 20mins from the hotel and only took us 30-35mins to get to the Dubai mall by taxi. Good few different food options as well, a la carte or buffet, indoor or outdoor. The only negatives were that you weren’t allowed to take food to the beach from the beach restaurant although you could take it to the family pool. Sometimes the queues were quite long to get lunch, which takes up time in the sun having to stand in line and then wait in the restaurant, so more take away food options for the beach would be amazing please! Also, there aren’t a lot of snack options available on the all inclusive. But other than that, a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and brilliant facilities!

Loved the staff and lovely hotel

The hotel is kept very clean and nice. The in room dining is not that good. Overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was good though. There are unnecessary rules and no leniency on it. People hog loungers very early in the morning around family swimming pool but more spaces at the beach or the other swimming pool. It’s quite far from tourist attractions so if you want to visit these places probably best to stay somewhere else.

Bellissimo albergo per famiglie, tanti giochi e divertimento per i più piccoli, camere grandi e ben arredate. Servizio spiaggia eccellente, con Upendra e Priyan siamo stati in ottime mani, attenti alla sicurezza dei bambini, attenti alle nostre esigenze, gentilissimi e molto disponibile. Gentilissimi anche i tutti i bagnini e tutti lo staff. I bambini veramente entusiasti e felici di poter correre e giocare liberamente. Ottima colazione e cibo in generale molto buono. Tutto lo staff molto gentile e presente e con mustak tejun che ci ha sempre rimesso in ordine perfettamente la camera. Il concierge ha fatto un lavoro eccellente riuscendo ad aiutarci ed ad accontentarci con un articolo, che abbiamo dimenticato di comprare a legoland, facendocelo arrivare in hotel top! Felicissimi di aver soggiornato al centara mirage beach resort Dubai. Se dovessi tornare a Dubai sicuramente sceglierei questo hotel. L unico punto forse a sfavore (ma anche a favore) la posizione vicino all aeroporto comoda ma un po’ rumorosa durante il giorno anche se i bambini erano felici di vedere così tanti aerei in un giorno :-) e a noi personalmente non ha dato alcun fastidio.

Airplane noise every 3 minutes exactly non stop. Hard to sleep too loud. Hair in the shower. Older hotel.
