The property was very clean and perfectly located.

Ideal location for Expo Village events. Walk to Expo Village as well as metro to Dubai attractions. Daily apt cleaning. Good onsite gym.

This is really good. closed to Metro station. You can anywhere. Perfect for big families

The area was beautiful but unfortunately the property had roaches and we informed the property who informed us they will have management contact us and pest control come to the apartment. The first day we arrived, roaches were everywhere and we were moved to the apartment across and I let them know that we were not comfortable being so close to where the other apartment was. On several occasions we found roaches roaming the halls and finally we found several Roaches in our apartment. The staff came in and took a video and nothing else was done. No pest control was done and management did not bother speaking with us at all. Very disappointing.

Seen that the hotel is in the middle of the expo site . They don't even provide complimentary water in the rooms , the towels in our room were stained. The metro station is right at the hotel, so all those with rooms ending with odd numbers would get distributed from 6am to midnight . I found the reception staff unfriendly and more focused on policy than customer satisfaction. Personally not a place i would stay again , not even for free .

I left it will definitely come back!

Quite place to stay out of city

Nice staff, helpful, easy to get to, onsite parking available. Good condition of the property, on site pool and gym available.

Property was very neat and close to Dubai Expo. One minute walking from metro station.

Very pleasant stay at Expo Apartments, suited are needs perfectly. Perfect location right next to Expo Metro Station and Expo Centre. Apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. Reception staff were amazing, very polite and welcoming and dealt with any query that we had very quickly. Very impressive team indeed, thank you so very much for making my wife and I feel so welcome and our stay so pleasurable.

Overall, stay was good but considering the price, if they provided complimentary water as the similar price hotel in Maktoum airport or Damac Hills do would have made them stand out to be the best compared to other ones in Dubai.

Spacious, right next to metro, the room and kitchen is very clean :)

Awesome from my arrival day with the reciption team Ahmed and Mohamed well received, and upon my request they offer me best room view! Talking about full help and support Mr. Fahmi the supervisor saved me when I turn to him for one night to extend even the place was fully booked, he deserves to be boss of the wonderful place.
