Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel

I often stay in this hotel during business trip to Dubai because the hotel makes me satisfied with their services. Especially, the room condition is always perfect for me to feel comfortable. Also, the room is very much spacious compared with other same grade hotel in Dubai. This hotel is the best choice if you have a plan to stay in Dubai.

가격도 적당한 편이고, 직원분들 모두 친절합니다. 조식도 과하지 않게 먹을 만큼 나와서 만족합니다. 수영장이 시설이 좋아서 아이와 함께 수영하기에 적합했습니다. 룸 청소 상태 등 전반적 객실 상태가 좋았으나, 방음(문 여닫을 때 소리가 크게 들림) 부분이 약간 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 그것 외에는 좋은 숙소입니다.

Our family went to Dubai last week and stayed in Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel. It was located near Emirates mall and the shuttle bus went to many locations which helped us travel to different places. Our trip in the hotel was great as Ms.Reem she was so kind and helped us stay comfortably.

All staffs are very kind and polite. Hotel is quite new and clean with high quality furniture. Breakfast is so nice that visitors should enjoy. Swimming pool on roof top is the best one that I have never met before.

Will stay again.All good.walking distance to mall of emirates.

Excellent stay!

We went there with my family , employees & friends to have New Years Eve. We chose the Executive Suite and it was amazing . Dining Room near lobby was really amazing since all servers are professional , friendly & all smiling with their great food & beverages services! Food was yummy especially their breakfast buffet . Front Desk is good but can’t really speak good English and one guy receptionist was arrogant & rude . But this was the worst experience we had , NEVER TRY TO BOOK YOUR TOUR on that HOTEL because they scammed us . We booked our tour paid almost $7,500 US Dollar for a trip good for 6pax , unfortunately Rashid the guy who made all these reservations and bookings , was scammed in the 1st tour . New Years Eve they booked us to “ TOUR OF DUBAI” like having a dinner at the boat and watching the fire works at the Burj Khalifa , they charged us almost $2,400 for 6 pax only for dinner and we went to the place to check in , and at the entrance in front of people they said we are not on the guests list and can’t go inside the boat for New Years Eve . My kids are frustrated , I terribly got mad , shameful to other guests and we looks like stupid to them because in a long que our names wasn’t there on the list . We called the Tour Agent in Grand Cosmopolitan and not answering . Theres one Filipino Manager allowed us to go inside because he saw the kids was very frustrated . They put us to the worst spot and we didn’t really enjoy the food & services .Be careful , Scammers

Comida do restaurante deliciosa, roupa de cama e de banho impecáveis, atendentes do restaurante muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Nota dez para todos eles. Localização ótima, pertinho da estação de metrô "insurance market" e farto comércio no entorno. Quartos excelentes.

Quarto grande para família, mas somente um banheiro para 5 pessoas fica complicado, acaba que a gente perde muito tempo para sair do quarto. O hotel é novo, bonito, confortável. Não há bebida alcoólica no hotel.

Fantastic value for money. We were really impressed with the service in the hotel - reception, restaurant, cleaning team, concierge. The breakfast was also great and running till lunchtime.

Comfortable room size, multi option breakfast, and appropriate area close to Emirates'mall.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel! The shuttle service is convenient and the breakfast buffet was excellent! The only downside was that our room had a window giving on the lobby side and it could be quite loud at night.

Twin room was very large and spacious for 2 people. Excellent customer service and great location
