The music on the first floor was so loud it was hard to fall asleep at night. After two days of suffering, I was able to sleep comfortably after changing rooms. Thank you for the quick response at the reception. Massage was AED350 or expensive, but it was poor. Note please!

Was unlucky to be there right after heavy rain. I’ve got humid smelly room. It made me feel dizzy, luckily got changed room, which was better. The room is quite big, bathroom is ok. However in general rooms are old, depressing lights and location is not the best.

Our room was on 1st floor. It was very noisy during the night since a nightclub was downstairs. I made complaints several times, but failed to shift. I complained again when I checked out. Gladys, the hotel staff provided me with a late check-out and airport drop-off service as a compensation. I am thankful for her offer, however the hotel's system and service have to be improved.

Great hotel with friendly staffs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Reiben and Myriam in front desk. They made check in process very easy and were very helpful. Staffs in Highlander went out of the way to make the stay comfortable. Special thanks to Rathod.
