친잘해요

트윈룸이었는데 생각보다 넓고 새 호텔이라 그런지 정말 깨끗해요. 조용하고 위치도 좋고 편의점도 가깝고 만족도 100%입니다. 다음 여행에서 또 묵을 생각입니다. 잘 여행하고 잘 쉬다갑니다~❤️

두바이몰까지 도보로 15분정도로 걸어갈 수 있는 거리이긴 하지만 날씨가 매우 더웠다. 룸 업그레이드를 해주어서 아침에 일출을 볼 수 있는 방으로 배정을 해주어서 좋았다. 로비 직원뿐만아니라 청소직원들도 매우 친절하다. 수영장을 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 좋았다.

It was ok but not certainly 4 or 5 star hotel. Bed was comfortable but they did not had multi adopters plug..For this price they should provide one.

It was a good experience with M hotel and would like to use it again. However, it would be better if they had more shuttles to the Dubai Mall as well as other attractions such as the Yas Island and Abu Dhabi.

Rummet var jättekallt nör vi kom in och vi satt och skaka där i timmar innan den blev lite behaglig. Personalen var bra och hjälpsamma. Frukosten hade mycket, men allt var inte saker som man äter till frukost. När det stod French toast så var det bara en vanligt toast bit som de hade stekt ish.

The rooms are dirty, cleaned half way. The breakfast isnt cooked. The staff are rude and lie to you. The bed is comfortable. Definitely a 1 star hotels. The government needs to shut it down.

One staff member, Jabeth, did an amazing job by checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. The Lemon Restaurant was also disappointing; the food wasn’t warm, and when items ran out, they weren’t replenished in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate the hotel a two out of ten.

C’était ma pire expérience dans un hôtel, j’ai fait 90 % des hôtels à Dubaï. Celui-là était le pire. Je me suis levé le matin il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, le l’évier était bouché, le personnel incompétent qui ne comprend rien du tout ils se sont trompés sur ma réservation

My stay at Millennium Central Downtown was between okay and good. The room itself was perfect—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The cleaning team was professional and did a fantastic job. The bed was large and comfortable for two people. However, we had requested two single beds months in advance and even emailed the hotel about our early arrival at 8:30 AM, but they never replied. The check-in experience was frustrating. The first staff member told me there was no room available and that we were on the priority list, but we ended up waiting until nearly 1 PM. When I asked another agent, I was told it was because I requested two single beds. Ultimately, we had to accept a double bed. The location is decent—about a 20-minute walk to Dubai Mall and 25 minutes to Burj Khalifa—but not extremely central. As a Platinum member with Expedia, the Expedia staff tried to request a complimentary breakfast for my birthday, but the hotel refused. Breakfast was €20 per person, which I felt was expensive. The pool was very cold, and some seating areas required extra payment and purchases to use, which was disappointing. Overall, the room quality and cleanliness were excellent, but the service, check-in experience, and some amenities left a lot to be desired.
