Perfekte Lage, toller Pool mot besonderer Aussicht

Very nice place with access to the beach and gym. If you drive they have valet only option which is very pleasant.

Leider immer wieder Feuer-Fehlalarm im Hotel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet es sehr gut, alles frisch, viel Auswahl. Es gibt z.B.alle möglichen Milchalternativen zur Auswahl. Toller Rooftop-Pool mit super Aussicht. - Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr minimalistisch, gehört eher in die Kategorie MotelOne statt gehobener Komfort. - Zimmertüren sind nicht schalldicht. Da zwischen Tür und Fußboden ein 1-2cm großer Schlitz vorhanden ist, hört man alle Geräusche vom Flur und das Flurlicht fällt ins Zimmer. Wir haben Nachts immer ein Handtuch auf den Boden legen müssen, damit wir uns durch das Flurlicht nicht gestört fühlten - Das Personal ist teils sehr arrogant und unfreundlich im Umgang mit Hotelgästen. Unser Eindruck wurde auch durch andere Gäste bestätigt. - Das Personal kommt dem Gast bei Beschwerden nicht entgegen. Statt dessen erfolgt zunächst die Schuldzuweisung an den Gast, anstatt eine Lösung zu finden. Beispielsweise konnte die Rezeptionistin zunächst unsere Buchung beim Checkin nicht finden und wollte partou darauf bestehen uns nochmals den vollen Hotelpreis sofort zahlen zu lassen. Dies führte beim Checkin zu endlosen Diskussionen warum wir als Gast nochmals zahlen sollen obwohl wir eine Buchungs- und Zahlungsbestätugung durch Expedia haben etc. - Da das Hotel noch recht neu ist, scheinen die internen Prozesse noch nicht sehr gut zu laufen oder das Personal nicht ausreichend geschult zu sein. Insgesamt fühlt man sich als Gast wie in einer Massenabfertigung. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Simplemente perfecto! El hotel esta situafo en el tronco de la palmera, fantastico para descubrir Dubai. El desayuno es excelente, la piscina es TOP. Tiene varios bares y restaurantes. La playa esta al lafo y muy comoda, buenas vistas y acceso a salidas en barco. Me ha encantado!

Studio was ok for one person but not for 2 as nowhere for both to sit ! The coffee table is massive for the space why not replave with a small table and 2 chairs for 2 ppl to sit and eat. 18 euro for half a coffee and a bottle of water on the beach was expensive Some rooms have good views others very noisy on the road side so be aware of this when booking . Beach sunbeds very scarce a lot of space used to accomodate expensive day beds and cabanas which no one used .suggest remove and replace with normal beds as the cost is already high to stay at hotel .

My stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm was absolutely fantastic. The facilities are modern and elegant, with breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. The location is perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my experience was flawless. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Das Hotel ist ordentlich und sauber und sehr strandnah. Allerdings fanden wir sowohl die Rezeption, als auch den Service immer ein bisschen desinteressiert und unkoordiniert …. Das geht besser! Im Übrigen befremdete uns beim 4. Aufenthalt in Dubai, dass man sich Minibar für Wasser und Softgetränke erst hätte aufschließen lassen müssen, d.h. Ein Wasser zu kühlen oder eben ein eigenes Getränk gekühlt zu trinken, war nicht möglich .

Lovely hotel, good selection for breakfast and lovely pool. Only negative if had to find one was the lifts were a bit hit and miss and took a while, which given how modern the hotel was and number of floors the expectation of them was higher. Overall lovely hotel though!

Beautiful hotel in the best location of Dubai to have an amazing holiday on NYE time! Everything was comfortable and nice! We enjoyed very much the time spent there! We sincerely recommend this hotel!!

My wife and our young son stayed here recently. The room had a kitchen and was spacious. The bed was comfortable and house keeping was very prompt and consistent. Ammenities were available on demand but it would be a better experience if these were proactively provided. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop pool and view. This area/including the bar is highly enjoyable. The panorama is a massive drawcard. Whilst the hotel does occupy some private beachfront by the main glitzy promenade, it is worth noting that children are not allowed in the pool by the beach (which was not disclosed on the website or booking confirmations). This is a bit of a shame given children tend to love the sand and pool aspect. The hotel is well located by two malls and train stations as well as the main beach promenade. The front of house staff are friendly and professional. We had a great time overall given the wow factor of the rooftop bar area which was family friendly.

My family of 4 stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and modern. The washing machine was of great help in dealing with kids clothing. The staff was great, the pool was beautiful, and the included breakfast was phenomenal. Would stay again.

Loved that it was walking distance from the mall. The hotel exceeded expectations. beautiful rooms and pool area.

Turist hotell med masse mennesker. Ble litt for travelt for familie som oss. Godt utvalg på bufeet, og nydelig rooftop pool. Rommene var litt små, men svømmebassenget gjorde opp for det.
