Hotel near to Dubai Mall clean rooms , very nice stuff

Hotel excelente, quarto muito confortável, café da manhã excepcional!!! Nosso único ponto é que o sofá cama é muito pequeno, não acomodou bem 2 crianças (7 e 8 anos). Fora isso, tudo muito bom! Inclusive o restaurante do hotel é uma ótima opção para o jantar.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu and had a mixed experience. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a great area, which made it convenient for my stay. However, I faced a few issues during my visit. First, I had to complain twice—once about the room temperature and once about changing the room, which unfortunately couldn't be accommodated. The staff did promise a partial refund for a room upgrade as compensation, but it has been two weeks, and I am still waiting for it to be processed. While the property itself was well-maintained, the lack of timely follow-up on customer concerns left me disappointed. I hope they work on improving their responsiveness to ensure a smoother guest experience.

Good Hotel

The front desk saw I came with kids but still put me in smoking room! The room was also dirty which I had to clean countertop myself. The extra bed wasn't ready.

Wonderful staff, very friendly. Room has decent size. We got a room with stunning view. Breakfast is very good, variety and quality. As downsize, we were 4 and got 2 towels only.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec deux lits et je me suis retrouvé sur un canapé lit au matelas très peux confortable. J’ai pourtant bien demandé à l’hôtel une autre chambre conforme à ma réservation mais pas de changement. Une nuit très désagréable. Étant habitué au radisson bleu dans différents pays je pense ne plus jamais séjourner dans ses établissements.

Everything is great

Lovely and new hotel with great service, quality breakfast and friendly team. Enjoyable pool deck and decent gym to round it out. Mainly need to taxi in and out (as is mainly the case in Dubai!)

Property was clean with nice amenities. There is construction right outside the building- it was loud even during the night. A room on the other side would have been better for sound, but otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

Loved this hotel. For the most part. Since we were staying in the business district, we were hoping for a very clean and adult environment. The plusses: Very clean room and great overall vibe. The staff is amazing en would kill for good service. Felt like royalty most of the time. Very good breakfast buffet plus great fresh options. The location is good. Very close to the city center, the mall, and Burj Khalifa (where everything happens) Another fun plus: when you choose to not have housekeeping coming every day, they give you a free drink in the hotel bar. Used it and loved it! Indivdually packed dades available in the lobby, next to fresh fruit, water and coffee. Great little perk. Less fun: Lots of kids. In a way that disrupts peace of the other guests: running around, watching videos out loud, ... Jumping on the benches and running in front of you at breakfast. Even though they had a special kids buffet, there were still unattended children touching and coughing on the "adult" buffet. I would've loved to see the staff talking to parents when noticing this. People in bathing suits come to the on-site restaurant. Feels very cheap and distasteful. I don't want to see wet bikinis wrapped in a see-through shirt when eating lunch. It gave "resort vibes" which we were avoiding actually by booking this hotel. So overall a good experience, but it might suit the staff to let people act according to the environment they're in. Would have made our experience top-notch.

Great buffet spread! Loved the food! Rooms are really spacious and views are amazing. There is a sidewalk where you can ride bikes/scooter. Only drawback is not having much food options at walking distance. You need to take a cab!

It’s a great hotel stay

We had a good stay overall, large room, clean, room service quite slow, very good breakfast, noisy hotel outside because of the works and last inconvenience, the soleplate of the iron was dirty and stained my new white blouse, the hotel tried to clean it but it did not completely go away, I did not have any other compensation it is a shame

construction beside the hotel... Noise
