Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort

새벽 1시 화재경보. 직원들 안내없이 우왕좌왕. 결과도 명확히 알려주지도 않고. 기본 어메니티도 구비 불량등 전체적으로 서비스가 상당히 호텔 위상에 마지 않게 안좋은 추억만~~^^

아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 호텔은 정말 청결했고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 우리 가족의 주관광지였던 Yas Island와는 조금 거리가 있었지만, 어느 때라도 예약없이 나와도 택시를 이용할 수 있었습니다.

When check-in, I requested a non-smoking room, and the air conditioner in the room was noisy, so I changed the room once. The second room was arranged as a smoking room. I did not ask for a smoking room. I tried to bear it, but the smell continued, so I found out it was a smoking room. It would have been nice if they let me know in advance so I could find another way. When I asked why it was placed as a smoking room, reception staff said it was because there was no left room. If so, they should have informed them in advance. But on the way back from the reception to the room, I saw myself cleaning up many empty rooms. It was unpleasant, but there was nothing to expect from the staff of the 5 star hotel anymore. They were very unkindful. The Sheraton has a good location, but the facilities are old, poorly maintained and, crucially, the attitude of the staff is very unkind. Guest who are unfamiliar with the pronunciation of non-English speaking countries, in particular, may meet the uncomfortable attitude of non-English speaking countries staff. If someone don't understand the English of many countries, they should better find another hotel. In my experience, Sheraton did not provide luxurious 5 star hotel services in Abu Dhabi. It wasn't good even compared to other hotels with similar price points. I have experience visited 15 hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. 명성에 걸맞지않은 호텔수준.호텔진입로에 추찻하여 진입하기에 불편하였고 주차도 공용주차장에 객실과복도가 낡아서 조각들이 떨어져있고 아침뷔폐 식탁이 언제딲았는지 모를정도로 더럽고 에어컨 통로에서 먼지덩어리가 테이블에 떨어져서 음식에 덜어갔는데 미안하다는 말도않고 사진 찰영하려 하니 치우기에 급급해서 당황 해하고 어이가없었다.5성급을 반납해야 마땅

숙소는 양호 아침 뷔페는 5일간 같은 메뉴 조금은 질리는 메뉴 호텔의 접근성은 택시밖에 없음

TV가 고장나 있었는데, 볼 일이 없어 얘기하지는 않았습니다. 좀 시끄러웠습니다.

매우 청결하고 고급스럽고 만족스러웠어요.

호텔 객실, 서비스 및 직원도 친절합니다. 또한 호텔 전용 비치도 있어 조용히 쉬고 싶으실 때 좋습니다.

전체적으로 만족합니다. 다만 객실이 설비돌아가는 소리? 로 쾌적하진 않았습니다. 특히, 딜레이 첵아웃은 아주 굳~~~~ 저는 오후 4시에 첵아웃 했는데 추가금 없이~~~~땡큐

아침식사의 뷔페가 좋았고, 시설등이 깨끗했으나 리조트뷰를 신청한 객실앞에는 다른 레지던스 건물 신축공사로 바다전망이 가려져 리조트뷰 같지 않아 다소 실망함.

출장시 큰 어려움없이 호텔 이용했습니다.

호텔 위치도 좋았고 직원들의 친절도가 아부다비에서는 최고 수준인듯

Really enjoyed our stay here over New Years. We had a suite which was lovely and spacious with sea view. The building itself is older in style but the interiors are modern. Staff excellent especially the concierge and staff at B Lounge. Breakfast busy but they get you in quick enough. Location is OK. You will be getting cabs most places but these are readily available inc Uber. One slight issue, the property is slightly scruffy in places. For example on beach under kids club there was rubbish piled up. Also looks like the property is being painted but isn’t finished. Few small details.

Great hotel, the room was super clean and nice. The breakfast was amazing and full of choices. Nice pool and bars. We had afternoon snacks included and we really appreciated them. We recommend this place!! A special thank goes to Soufiane, who was always very kind to us!!! Will come back for sure

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! I was travelling with my 84 years old grandma and we truly felt at home here, even more comfortable than i expected, hospitality makes all the difference , staff was amazing, I appreciate everything!! And definitely would like to visit later

Staff are excellent! Beaurice and Aslam really looked after us. Food is really good. Amro looked after our tour side of things so overall we were pleased with our stay.

This was one of the worst stays I have had in a 5 star hotel. I booked the hotel for a short staycation for a friends birthday based on the reviews and we were so disappointed. The hotel has been renovated but it looks so cheap and its a mix of old and new which frankly does not give 5 star vibes. The room was clean and nice but you could hear everything! We didnt sleep till 2am because the next door rooms were speaking loudly, we could even hear them eating and moving their utensils and their phone ringing and doors banging shut. In the end I had to call down to reception and even then it didnt stop. The beach is small and is on a canal so you barely get any beach view the only view you get is an abandoned building and the can and the cars driving over the bridge! Not really resort vibes!!
