Generally the room was silent & comfortable. But the lamp on the table didn't turn on, and the toliet keep flushing little bit. Next time hope the hotel gives us complimentary toothpaste & toothbrush.

Only 10 meters from the metro station and there's a big shopping mall across the road which makes it the best location in Dubai. And the kindest staffs made my stay even better as well as the facility, service and quality for price. As a frequent visitor to Dubai, I'll definitely stay again and only at this hotel.

Jai demandé a la réceptionniste de garder ma valise pour 3 jours parce que j'avais une urgence et que je doit prendre un vol urgent . Elle accepte pas de garder ma valise sachant que je suis un client fidèle apparemment cette etablissement ne respecte pas les clients fidèles. De touste les façons c'est min dernier sejours dans ce hotel impolie

Ask a wakeup at 2am and taxi booking for 2:35am because of my flight. At 2:45am thy was nicely sleeping at reception. If I was loose my flight who was paying for it? Lost one star

I emailed and asked if we could check-in earlier as we would be checking out at 3am and was told there is a charge for early check-in and late check-out, asked about breakfast ignored. We arrived and was told check-in is at 2pm. At 2pm told a smoking room was available, but our booking was non-smoking, offered another smoking room but had to wait for it to be cleaned. Microwave doesn't work, toaster trips the fuse, TV won't work, toaster doesn't work. You have to lower/increase volume TV from the TV itself. Was told microwave would be replaced, they didn't do it, had to ask them again for them to replace. Bathroom kept smelling of curry. I provided online feedback and the day before we check-out receieved a courtesy call to say they will check everything so I said we're checking out what's the point. Just really dissapointing, only advantage next to Deira City Centre and Metro.
