팜주메이라에 위치 함에도 불구하고 만족스런 가격으로 훌륭한 서비스를 받은 것 같습니다. 단지 오픈한지 얼마 안된 곳이라 주변 환경 정리가 안되 부분이 아쉽지만 그 외 내부시설 이용이나 그 담당자들의 친절함이 너무 좋았습니다. 1박2일보다는 2박3일 이상 있는 것을 꼭 추천 드리고 아이와 같이 가는 부모에게는 꼭 추천을 하고 싶은 호텔이였습니다. 대신 한국분들이라면 식사는 권유드리고 싶지 않습니다.차라리 가까운 에미레이트 몰에서 식사를 하거나 다른 호텔에서 하시길 바랍니다.

The staff were all attentive and polite. Very pleased with my stay. Far away from the everything else but if you came to lie at the beach this is just perfect. Coffee shop is a no, takes long time.

Voltaria ? Indicaria a um parente ou amigo ? Resposta às duas perguntas : não. Apesar de terem perguntado que horas chegaria e eu informado meu quarto não estava pronto. Serviços em geral deixam a desejar. Apesar de se considerarem um hotel boutique, estão longe e muitas vezes confusos.

Amazing staff

My plan was to arrive to my hotel, check in at 3pm, and relax a bit in time for the tour I had booked for 5pm that evening. Due to the delay of housekeeping cleaning my room, I was finally able to get into my room at around 3:45pm. I was annoyed because I was tired, and I had a headache, and the front desk receptionist kept telling me that it would be another 10 to 15 mins, and it ended up being 45 mins. By the time I got up to my room, unpacked and prepared to go on my tour at 5pm, it was about 4:15pm. When I got into the taxi and asked how long it would take to arrive to the location of the tour, I was told it would take about 30 to 45 mins due to the rush hour traffic. Needless to say, I missed my tour, and I lost my money. The room was nothing fancy, but the lighting in the bathroom was far too dim. I had to go to the window to make sure my makeup was okay, because even the lighting on the true to light mirror in the bathroom wasn't that bright. Overall, the hotel was lovely, the staff was great, and it was in a good location, but I was highly displeased with the delay in my check in.

Perfekte Unterkunft auf der Palm Jumeirah! Das Hotel hat uns schlichtweg begeistert, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach erstklassig. Selten so ein zuvorkommendes Personal und so einen super Service erlebt !! Das Hotel ist relativ klein und dadurch sehr gemütlich. Der Strand ist extrem sauber und nie überfüllt. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt nichts worüber man sich beklagen kann. Das einzige, was man bedenken sollte ist, dass es wirklich sehr weit ist von der Palme bis in die Stadt wir haben täglich ca. 30€ (hin und zurück€ für Uber bezahlt. Aber das war es wert, da wir auch unbedingt ein Hotel direkt am Strand haben wollten.

Ich habe schad gefunden ich war um 12.30uhr wor ort war ja klar das ich früh dort war wegen einchecken habe gedacht ich versuche mal normele weiss war 15.00uhr einchecken ob wohl sie gewusst haben das ich schon dort war bin ich erst 15.25 uhr ins Zimmern das habe ich schad gefunden aber ansonsten war alles okey

Great experience. Very relaxing place to stay. The food was good and excellent service. All the staff were friendly. My room had the most beautiful view of the beach and city.

Sehr hübsches Hotel auf der Palme. Wir hatten ein Delux Zimmer mit Ausblick direkt aufs Meer und Palmen Zweige sowie auf die Stadt ''einfach Bombastisch''. Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Reinigung war einwandfrei jeden Tag😀. Anmerkung: Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist eine Baustelle, da wird gerade ein neues Hotel gebaut. Haben davon kaum was mitbekommen, zwecks Lärm und so.
