탁월한 선택이었다. 25주년 겷ㄴ 기념일을 겸한 여행인지라 호텔 측에 요청한 후 다양한 서비스를 받을 수 있어서 더욱 기억에 남았다. 중간에 화장실에 문제가 생겼지만 버틀러의 즉각적인 대처로 불편함이 없었다. 쇼핑센터 와 바로 연결된 점도 아주 좋았다. 다만 침대가 약간 불편하긴 했지만... 흠잡을 것 하나 없는 만족스러웠다

컨시어지 서비스가 너무 마음에 들었음. Mall이 바로 옆에 있어 쇼핑하기 편리했음.

Not a 5-star. Absolutly chaos outside of the hotel, full of people and taxi cars. When we arrived we could not even see where the entrance was. Very crowded. Nobody helped us into the hotel for check-in as there was so many people covering the hotel they barely could see us coming with our bags. Service is cold and poor. Long check-in process, and no welcome drink. No personalized service, butler is of no real use. Just a very hectic, packed out place with three deskes in the main entrance serving as some kind of reception. We did not feel welcome, safe or calm in this hotel. We wished we had chosen another for the money we payed. We will not be staying here again.

Exceptional location and staff!

I stayed at the St. Regis, The Palm for my 30th birthday, and they made the occasion feel special from the moment I arrived. My room was beautifully decorated, and they surprised me with a lovely cake to celebrate. The butler service was outstanding—everything I needed was efficiently handled via WhatsApp, with requests addressed within minutes. The hotel's location in Jumeirah gave me a stunning view of the marina from my room, which was a highlight of the stay. It was also convenient to have the Aura Skypool and popular restaurants like CouCou attached to the property. I was even able to secure last-minute reservations, something that would’ve been difficult if I weren’t staying at the hotel. However, there were a couple of minor hiccups. Upon arrival, I was initially assigned a room with a partially blocked sea view, obstructed by buildings. After requesting a full marina view, the hotel staff quickly accommodated me. There was also an issue with hot water one evening, which they resolved within an hour, though the water ran brown for a few minutes after. Additionally, the bathtub in my room was stained, and despite housekeeping’s efforts, they were unable to get the stains out. Unfortunately, this meant I couldn’t enjoy the tub for a bubble bath as planned. I would recommend the hotel consider using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to address this in the future. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai.

Just the first lady in the check inn, didn’t understand our requests and gave us a connecting room, so we had to return to the lobby to made the change and another guy in the front desk has excellent and was really want to help

Incredible hotel, easily one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food was incredible, the breakfast buffet was something I will dream about. Rooms were clean and so comfortable, we didn’t want to leave!
