The mattress of the bed was kind of old and made too many sounds.

There was no elevator and very narrow stairs to take luggage upstairs. Some of the furniture was broken. Place was clean, but could use updating.

Staff were very accomodating and kind.

The entire experience was great for the price and location. If you are using the hotel only to sleep in is perfect. Near bars, Times Square and all broadway shows. Near subways stops and walkable distance of many attractions!

We only had this hotel for one night as we had driven into the city just for a show. We checked in around 10pm, and we were told that the room we had actually booked was already occupied, and the only room left was a small not-air-conditioned bunk bed with a bathroom that smelled funny in a room between the front desk and staircase that I think must have been an office before being converted to an extra room. We were told that “all the rooms are the same” and were denied any kind of discount or partial refund, even though this room was nothing like the photos of the room we booked. Staff was nice. The local area had lots of restaurants. The room did what it needed to do (give us a place to sleep for just one night), but I will not be returning. I can’t speak for how nice the regular rooms are.

Nothing, it was filthy & we had to ask them to reclean our room. I took pictures & they did have housekeeping reclean, but I DO NOT recommended this hotel

O hotel tem o melhor preço pela localização (2 quadras da times square). A limpeza deixa a desejar, mas o ar estava gelando, a cama é confortável e o chuveiro ótimo. Considerando que fui para turistar e só usei o hotel pra dormir e banho, tudo ok! Os atendentes são legais e ajudam no que for necessário, em destaque para a atendente Alisha, uma queridona! Enfim, não é um super hotel 5 estrelas, mas super me atendeu na estadia de 5 dias em NYC.

Very good location for all activities by walking neat times square

Disappointing, not much pride and effort was put into maintaining this small room. TV crooked, Scuff marks on walls, but the absolute worst, was the squeaky bed that screeched with every movement. The room did not look like the pictures posted online. Used disinfectant wipes to properly clean the bedside tables and remotes. The tiled floors could have been swept better. We stayed in Room 102, which is the cheapest room, so hopefully the other rooms are better !? The staff were amazing though, especially Minnie ! She was so kind and helpful, always smiling. Coffee amenities were conveniently close to our room.

You get what you pay for at this property. Clean towels had hairs in them, property run down and there was an unpleasant odor. However, if you dont care about accommodations because you're just there to sleep a few hours, this is fine. Its very conbenient to Restaurant Row and all the shows as you can walk everywhere.

We hadden een goede kamer. Bed en douche waren prima! Indien je service wil op je kamer, zelf om vragen...ze willen de gasten zo min mogelijk storen. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Wij komen nog terug 😃

First the front desk people are so nice and it was the easiest check in ever and there rooms are clean and they have a lrivate courtyard to seat n smoke or drink or just to relax and its super close to timesquare

Liked the location. Quite neighbor. Close but not to close to many sights. Good selection of places to eat nearby. Will book here for next trip

Great experience, affordable, accessible, great friendly staff that had 24 hr lobby service. Bed was very comfortable! Great location.
