Great amenities, lots to do for everyone.

Our stay was good. It was very cold outside which in turn made the hallways and windows drafty. Hotel front desk and restaurant were understaffed. My room was very nice and comfortable. Spa was enjoyable!

I really enjoyed this resort. It gives you both….family and self getaway. They have a spa that’s adults only pool and spa rooms. They also have the family pool. I will definitely go back again.

Our room was gorgeous and super clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The one thing we didn't like was our dinner experience at the Waterfront Restaurant. My husband asked for the steak dinner, well done. I asked for the ribs. My husband's steak was undercooked and I was brought fish and chips instead of my ribs order. It took a while to get both corrected and my order was missing the cole slaw. I didn't mentioned the cole slaw the second time, because I was tired of waiting and my appetite was nearly gone. My husband and I went for our anniversary and plan to give it a second time come the summer time.

We stayed off season. Pretty quiet, but had nice options like the pool, game room, board games, fire pit and skating and S’mores. Room was nice with convenient locations close to lobby and pool. The 240 restaurant was good too. Off season price was nice too.

The only thing I didn’t like was our room was way in building 6 which we had to walk too far for the pool and hot tub and the hall was airy walking back to the room afterwards.

No streaming on TV. No HDMI access to allow Chromecast or sling to plug in. No door dash delivery allowed to the door. Limited appointment availability for spa services. No eggs Benedict with bottomless mimosa brunch. 2 day span with no cleaning. Busier than expected considering the winter season

Great place for vacations

Reserved this property for a one night stay with friends in another room, booked at one time. Checkin is at 4pm. We came to checkin at 4:38pm and were told our rooms were not ready and that it would be about 15mins. We went to the bar to wait and only one of us was texted within a half hour. Checked back in with the front desk to see if both rooms were ready and we’re told no, just the one room, but that they would credit it us $50 for the inconvenience. We had dinner reservations for 7:15pm and wanted to clean up and change prior to having to leave. At about 10mins to 6 we were notified our room was then ready, but the credit would be to be used on the property rather than a credit to our account. And then at 9:30am housekeeping knocked to see if we were in the room still even though checkout is at 11am. Additionally, the sheets felt like starchy drapes and the bathroom wasn’t quite clean. We would probably not recommend staying here to others.

Too expensive and Whirlpool was out of order. Staff did not inform us about this.

Great setting on Geneva Lake, but this property needs updating. The elevator situation is terrible. Very slow and not handicap accessible. My wife’s wheel chair could barely fit in. Rooms are clean and maintained but they too need updates especially in the bathroom.

Tight space

We love the Abbey! This is the perfect place for a warm winter retreat. We love relaxing, doing the activities in the resort, and spending time at the spa. It is comfortable, has great food, and friendly staff
