Great clean hotel! Elevators could work faster

We love AC Hotels and prefer Marriott properties for all our travels, however this was our worst experience at a Marriott hotel to date. The building needs some maintenance… the elevator was so loud and jerky that they had the service elevator available to use for guests, our room door had a 1/2 gap that left light and sound in from the hallway, the ceiling in our room had marks and smudges on it above the bed, the caulking in the bathroom was cracked and peeling, our sink didn’t look like it had been cleaned, our bed shirts had dirt and hair in them so we had to request new ones, and to top it all off self-parking was an uncovered lot across the street (in a not so safe part of town) and not operated by the hotel. We opted for valet for $50/night. The public areas of the hotel were nice, but room and surrounding area will keep us from staying here again or recommending this hotel.

Great staff and location

A bit tired hotel, with work on elevators extending over the full week we were there. AC's quite noisy

Jai/Front desk, Fran/Bar and Demetrius/Bell boy-Valet were all wonderful. Demetrius always greeted me with a beautiful smile. Jai provided me with tools for a successful stay and Fran made the best drinks!

The elevator needed fixing, it prevented guests from getting up to their rooms. And we were told there was no other way upstairs… but 20 minutes later we were let up the stairs from outside. But other than that, the staff was great, and the room was nice, and clean.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire property was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. My room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and completely hassle-free. Plus, its proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium was a huge bonus. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was clean

Stayed for the Cowboy Carter tour with the girls and the stay was good. It was veryyy close to the stadium so we walked there and back, which was awesome. Staff was great and the hotel is nice, clean and smells wonderful. A few downsides… The rooms are super small. Meals we wanted from the restaurant, they were out of. Parking is $50. Breakfast is expensive aye eff. Elevators went out during our stay forcing us to walk up to 10 flights of stairs. They did get it back up and running before the next morning. Absolutely love the 12pm check out time and I slept like a baby. I’ll stay again if the room rates aren’t normally this high lol.

Room was excellent, staff was so helpful and friendly, bartender was missing a lot, and convenience area was too pricey, but overall experience was excellent and would definitely return!! So close to major attractions and restaurants!!
