Racism and verbal racism were the worst hotels. My children said they learned racism here that they learned at school. Discrimination exists here and disrespect and contempt are also common. Asians should no longer be discriminated against here The noise of the elevator, the refrigeration and the noise of the terrible sound of iron, was so terrible. The noises were heard in the room 24 hours a day My family stayed for six nights. The hotel front staff pretended to offer us special services while assigning us the lowest second floor room. White people staying here for one or two nights were assigned a much higher and better room. This was discovered in conversations with other guests. The room we stayed in on the second floor was a problematic room with terrible noises, very dirty dust without even closing the bathroom door I have informed the front desk staff several times about the terrible noise, but they have done nothing. The hotel staff said that no noise existed. We had to spend six nights here like a terrible prison. This room on the second floor probably won't let anyone stay for a single day, even if it's free It was not cleaned the day after our stay. I told the front desk about this, and the front desk staff cleans every two days. And supervisor Alyssa Ramos said to me and my child " This hotel only replaces bed sheets once for long-term guests. And I said, "My family has been to many hotels in many countries around the world to replace towels." It was the firs

위치 가성비 좋은 호텔이라 자주 이용해요 처음에 비해 청소상태가 조금 떨어졌는데 그점빼곤 만족합니다

Close to Penn, subway, and popular attractions. Relatively quiet. Rooms are very good size and clean/upgraded.

It's very walkable from Penn Station / Moynihan and the Port Authority bus terminal. Just a few blocks from Times Square but it's on a relatively quiet street. Hotel was great and be sure to try out the adjoining tapas restaurant which is really good. Huge kudos to Ricardo who was wonderful. He walks around checking up with the guests to make sure everything is good. Super nice guy and we really enjoyed running into him each day. I go to NYC every 1-2 years for the US Open tournament. Will stay here again.

El hotel tiene una gran ubicación para trasladarse en metro y autobús, muy cerca de Times Square, el problema son los alrededores, sucios y fines de semana mucha gente sin hogar y gente fumando marihuana, el olor en la calle es muy desagradable, pero el hotel y sus empleados excelentes!!

Got yelled at by staff for him not given us the baggage ticket. Don't blame the guest for your not doing your job!!

Staff was extremely helpful with my elderly mother. Couldn’t believe how nice these New Yorkers treated my family. Ricardo and Joshua went out of their way to provide exceptional service. We will be back!

Great location near times sq. Walking distance to subways. Loads of good restaurants nearby.
