Newer build and in good condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Difficult to access initially as entrance is among many other business signs and driveways in very trafficked area. Good impression though of property.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a clean smell, look and feel. We were very pleased with our room. The bathroom is indeed small but had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location was nice and quiet. We will definitely be returning in the spring/summer with the rest of the family.

Check in was a breeze. Asya was wonderful, had our room request ready without prompting. After we got to the room there was a call later to make sure all was good. Neighbors were a little noisy, but we shared a common door and this might have been why. Otherwise, all is good.

So, I have stayed here quite a bit over the past 2 years. One consistent issue is the fact that noise issues are not addressed. This is the second time in about a year where I have been in a room next to small children, who run around, stomp, scream, cry, slam doors, etc and little to nothing is done about it. I did request to be moved rooms and that request was granted but the hotel employee was not thrilled about it and was not very friendly about it.

This hotel is a mixed bag. It advertises as hi and chic which it sort of is, but important stuff was not so good. The bed was so soft it offered no support. The sink faucet was so rough it was hard to use. The shower was good and the bed linens were real cotton so they breathed. The staff at the desk were just ok. The entrance to the property is hard to find as it is immediately adjacent to a gas station and then up a hill. Odd and hard to find in the dark.

Hotel looked a lot nice in the photos. It’s a weird location. Behind a strip mall. No view. Room was small. Bathroom even smaller. It’s an old hotel that’s had some new paint and wallpaper in the rooms. The lobby is nice though.

Location is great. The property provides everything that you need and everything is new. There’s a pool, hot tub, fire pit area, outdoor games, and a gym. It’s convenient on a major road with restaurants and stores near by. It’s walking distance 2 minutes to convenience store, liquor store, ice cream shop, sandwich shop, Dennys restaurant, and another restaurant. It’s also right off the major highway. Theres a bar and snacks available. There’s is an indoor seating area that have board games you can play as well. There’s ample parking too.

I am very thankful to the front desk staff who assisted me with printing and scanning some documents I had to sign for work. I do have a suggestion: please have the cleaning staff turn off the lights and bathroom fan/light on rooms they clean. They left the bathroom fan on-for the room next to mine, and I had to listen to that buzzing for hours.

This hotel was very clean and spacious, we stayed in the 1 King bed bedroom and it was very nice, the bed was comfortable and my boyfriend thought the pillows were comfy, and I personally enjoyed that the shower got super hot. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there was free parking as well. I will definitely be staying again when we are back up in Flagstaff!
