Arrived at 3pm bur couldn't check in. So came after 4pm but couldn't check in because of internet error. Waited around 2 hours and gave up checking in and came back at 10pm

This hotel is truly top tier. The crew checking me in/out were the sweetest people ever. The room is small but it’s very cozy and homelike. Would recommend and I will be back here again.

All the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Specially a young man Zack. I would stay here in the near future.

Amazing stay! Excellent location close to everything you need or want. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We stayed in a double deluxe room on the 26th floor. It was stylish, spacious and clean. The view was awesome! We received two free drink vouchers for the lobby bar and $25 dollars to use at the snack bar, bar or restaurant. You really can't go wrong. We will definitely be staying again!

The property was clean. The staff made a difference in my stay. We didn't make reservations to the rooftop bar but the bartender gave us a table and we had a wonderful evening with a beautiful view.

The hotel was nice. Our room was very very small. We had a room with an accessible bathroom, so the bathroom was large, but not one shelf in there to put your toiletries. Storage in the room was limited and again, very small. It was fine for what it was for (one night after a broadway show) but probably could have found something slightly bigger for the same money. We got there early and they said the room was ready and we could have it early for an additional $60. No bathroom in the lobby for the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was one fee- no matter kid or adult, and the food was cold and small selection. I traveled with a teenager and a 12 year old. One more person in the room with us would have been very uncomfortable. Front desk staff were extremely polite and friendly as well as the bartender. Breakfast staff seemed out off when I asked for something. Hotel is in a great location

Rooms are extremely small. The buffet only had eggs potato and bacon and sausage all days we were there not much of a variety. Our refrigerator wasnt even cold. Maintenance guy said not much he could do and that the water bottles in there were "cold" more like room temperature. Hotel is at a nice location with good food around. Kind of dirty outside but the hotel inside is very clean. The rooftop bar at the hotel is better than the other 2 rooftop bars I went around the area. Overall I would recommend.

The Hotel staff was amazing and made us feel at home.

Everything was amazing about the hotel except the elevator situation. There are only 3 elevators for 40 floors and one of them was out of service while another was being used by staff. So the wait to take it up to your room wasn’t the best. And since we were on the 30th floor we couldn’t even take the elevator down due to the one being full every time. We had to walk down 30 flights of stairs twice.

The elevators are super slow. Only 2 of the 3 were working and during check out time we waited 10 min for an elevator and then decided to walk down the stairs due to them being slow and super packed.

It’s okay for the price. I would like to have a place to warm up my food and the refrigerator in the room didn’t work and there is no ice on the floors.

The pictures look substantially nicer than the experience. It’s not a terrible place but it is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. There are only three elevators and I waited about 10 minutes each time. I was on the 12th floor and one time I took the stairs because the wait time for the elevator was unbearable.

I had sent them a message that it was my birthday weekend and when I got to my room and I had a bday banner, balloons and wine for me. It was a real nice touch. The elevators however, are a big issue, if one of them is down, it would take more than 15 minutes to wait for the next one.

The staff was so lovely and accommodating. The location was very close to the venue where I needed to be daily. There's a convenience store on the same block in case you forget anything. This location is perfect for a Times Square stay.
