Unique was the front desk staff very helpful and friendly Zakiya and Sophia were so helpful and very nice

Air conditioning too loud

No door bolt lock on my room door. Knob missing to lock it. Notified the Front Desk the next morning. They said it would be taken care ASAP. It never was fixed. Hospitality never made up the room for my entire stay.Ice machine broken. No coffee ready in the morning. When I checked in I was given the wrong room for my key. I have stayed here many times before. I suggested this place to a friend and his room was never cleaned up.

The room is nice and clean but they didn’t clean the room while you out for the day and there isn’t any free breakfast as it shows you have to buy breakfast and the sucky part you can only order what’s on the menu you can’t do changes to what they have cause they have no price for it like just wanting a side of eggs was an issue just wanting a side of fruits was an issue but other then that my stay was good very nice staff I must say they make you wanna come back.

Room was clean. Was supposed to have daily housekeeping, but it didn’t happen. I didn’t complain but was disappointed. They don’t have a free breakfast and limited items to purchase for breakfast. I purchased a breakfast biscuit and the biscuit was very hard. The bar (5-10pm) had a few food items in the evening. I order a Caesar salad one evening and it had enough dressing for four salads, so didn’t enjoy. The next evening I ordered the cheese/chicken quesadilla and didn’t love it either. It had cooked (roasted?) onions and peppers on it which I personally did not care for. The people were very nice and the self parking was free. They also provided a shuttle to the airport which is across the street.

Walls are thin, there was a room next door that was super loud for a monday night after 11pm. Food wasn't great. Chicken wasn't fresh and clearly frozen and reheated.

Toilet did not flush properly, water pressure was not very good, took a while to get the AC to work

We have stay at this hotel many times with no issues until last night, our room was on the 6 floor,first thing we notice was the musty smell coming from the air conditioner that would not go below 75,next was we needed showers after sitting in the sun all day,the shower door leaked at the bottom so we had to use our towels to mop it up and the shower wash was empty and sitting on the floor because it was broke off the wall.We ask the young girl at the front desk for another room but said it was sold out and would talked to the manager a couple of hours later we did get a new room it was for handicaps but at least it was alot better than what we had.On the positive note the young girl and the manager did a great job taking care of us and we even got free drinks at the bar, We have the hotel book again in a few weeks we have our fingers crossed

Easy, clean and convenient to the airport

Airport hotel with a clean and lively lobby. The room had glaring cleanliness issues.

Difficulty checking in. Room keys didn’t work. Staff seemed confused

We arrived and check-in took a bit of time even tho we already pre-booked online. The room was good at the start but the temperature started to climb as the day went on. We discovered that the AC was not working. In addition to the pool not being open. That was the whole perk of booking there. We went down and we were almost put on a floor lower than ours, I don’t see how that’s accommodating for something we paid so much for, the AC should have been checked before entering the room. It was just an okay experience.

Stay was great. Room smelled frowsy

Kinda dirty. Maybe run a vacuum.

The evening staff at Aloft when I checked in was excellent.
