Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Some minor issues with the cold water tap in the bathroom. Overall a pleasant experience.

Clean, well located apartment near Central Park. Beautiful November weekend getaway in Manhattan. Caught live music (Super Diamond) at BB Kings and On Your Feet in theater district. Enjoyed walking sunny streets in NYC and transportation from hop on hop off sightseeing buses. A memorable weekend!

Apartment is in a perfect location for Manhattan. Loved having a full kitchen. We were surprised with the contact when getting the keys: we were told to say we knew the owner if anyone asked. Made us uncomfortable. Also, no AC and limited way to move air - quite warm in NYC and mosquitos from needing to open windows.

The exterior photo in the listing is not the actual building. Extremely noisy due to construction on the street. Close to the Park.

Nice kitchenette with new stainless steel refrigerator/dishwasher/stove, good shower/bath, plenty of closets, wonderful bed and furniture. One block to Central Park one block away and a half block to Park Avenue!! Two very good parking garages within a block. Kitchenette has new stainless refrigerator/stove/dishwasher/sink and very nice cabinets. Entire room space is very nicely done!! The down side: squeaky bathroom door, squeaky wood floors as one walks (though floors are beautiful), and exterior window that does not close tight allowing street noise which can be quite loud for sleeping. Bring ear plugs and you will get a great night sleep on the bed!!
