Good value with reasonable amenities for the price. Room with two beds had microwave and a good sized refrigerator. Good location as we needed something in Palo Also not too far from Stanford for the weekend trip.
Main negative was top storage drawer 1 of 3, was broken. Also TV wasn't working or configurable. Hence the 4 stars not 5. However they did fix the next day after we complained.
The Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Bathroom was clean and so were the beds. Carpet was so so but acceptable. We were only there to sleep mainly so did not matter as much.
They also were able to extend out checkout upon request as it was not as busy (Sunday). The hotel occupancy seemed pretty high throughout.

This was our first stay here. Being a Stanford patient sometimes hotels can be so expensive in Palo Alto. Well now we have found a new hotel we will be staying at. This one!! Staff was super nice, welcoming, informative. Thank you for a nice stay.

This was a good choice for an overnight stay prior to an appointment at Stanford Medical Center. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. There were several restaurants within 1 mile for dinner, although the only place open at 6:30 am for breakfast was McDonalds. I would definitely return on future visits.
