Always a good affordable place to spend the night. Parking is free and can usually find a spot, but it is tight. Area around is sketchy, but never seems to be problem around the motel.

Everything is great.

Customer service was fantastic, but cleanliness wasn’t that great, did notice a small roach on our second night there. Everything is a bit old and worn down, rust in the bathroom on the screws, toilet wobbles a bit, towels are very small, bed wasn’t remade and soap was replenished.

The jetted tub didn’t work, the shower curtain rod was held up by a folded up coffee cup on one side, prostitues very close to hotel, hair and food crumbs were on “clean bedding”, mini fridge wasn’t very cold, tv didn’t work, tv remote didn’t have batteries when I got there, bed linens had burn marks and or stains, bath towels didn’t absorb any water when trying to dry off. Staff was very friendly but this was an expensive hotel for being in trashy area of shoreline. I regret staying at this hotel!

Service check in was great. Efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms freshly upgrated.

Not very interesting.

I didn’t know I was having to give him $100 deposit. I hope I get it back. I barely breathed on the room. I have to admit it was a very nice room though. DP

Great stay. Clean, very quiet. Check early was no problem. Night manager was also a pleasure to talk with. Staff was very good. Just a great experience. I offered to pay $100.00 dollar deposit in cash so there wouldn't be a 3 day hold on my card, however that wasnt good enough for management. So now im short $100.00 dollars on a 2 day trip. I hope i have enough gas to make it 600 miles. That's my only complaint. Why charge my card for $100.00 dollars if its not needed. A $1 dollar charge is industry standard. My advice is PAY CASH. Then pick it up when you leave

Beds comfy

"budget" accomodation, (at least for Seattle), property was old and showing it but room was clean, bed was comfortable. No wildlife on mattress or furniture. Skimpy on towels and amenities, about what you would expect at this price point. Carpet in hallways is worn out, dirty, and outdated. It's okay if you're not fussy and just want a place to sleep. It was on notorious Aurora Avenue, but I did not observe any sketchy activity at or around the location.

We were there for my 3year olds brain appointment and I had a 7 year old as well and the first room we were put in my son picked up a old big underwear that were under the sink and then the second room we were put in had no working ac and it was in the 90s we were sweating all night then the light wasn’t working and the cord that plugged into the wall was half way melted and the rags by the broken coffee machine said for cleaning in black sharpie. They also had plug ins that didn’t work. When I asked for a refund thru the 3rd party they diened didn’t give me a discount and they said they next time I stay there they would upgrade my room. I drove almost 5 hours away and I couldn’t go anywhere else due to the room being non refundable at the time of booking. They could have approved the refund for the horrible experience and disgusting service. They knew I was there for my 3year olds brain mri and they made the night before her appointment even harder then it already is being a single mom and dealing with everything alone then having to stay in a hotel like that was so disappointing

We arrived with a uhaul and still found decent parking.

I would not stay here again. There was black mold in the bathroom which was my biggest concern. It was clean otherwise, just old. My favorite thing about the hotel is it had duvet covers that they wash more than hotels with bedspreads I hope. The sheets, pillows and duvet were nice enough. My other complaint would be there was no cleaning of the rooms. I think they took dirty wash cloths one day but didn’t replace them. They didn’t empty the trash. There was only one ice machine for the entire place.

I stayed here this past weekend and the sheets were dirty and there were ants all over my room.

The bed was a little hard, not enough pillows
