Clean. Friendly staff. Renovations made it a little messy but will be nice when its done. Not.much of a dog area

It was a nice hotel, however, the rooms needed to be updated and really needed a deep cleaning.

Great stay for a quick ski trip

The floor coverings were very nice, there was no noise from outside of the room but the heat was so obnoxious that it wasn't possible to hear the TV. The tub drain was very slow, the tv remote didn't work very well & they only offered instant coffee in the breakfast area.

No dogs allowed should be on all the websites. I showed up and was told upon checkin.

First time staying in this hotel brand, chose them due the reviews and suite availability. Building is run down, looks like they are doing renovations in stages. Had a trailer dropped at the hotel, plus materials in the open - on the other side of the hotel Room looks like it was recently renovated

We had a very nice stay at this hotel fir New Years. The restaurant across the parking lot had good food and a band so afterwards we could walk back to the hotel. Very convenient. Theneds are very comfortable. We couldn't figure out the tv. But besides that, they had a good continental breakfast. Reasonably priced room rates. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel has went through some definite improvements. Hot tub is GREAT! Nice and HOT! Pool could be warmer. Breakfast Friday morning was dissapointing, as the food at 8am was dried out and hard. Notified front desk. They said they would let the manager know. The manager, when informed threw it out without replacing it, or even talking with us at all to inform us about the breakfast shutting down early. So we ended up going out for breakfast. That was the worst part of the stay. The rest of the staff were very pleasant.

No water when we checked in. The AC unit in our room didn’t work and when the water was turned back on, there was no hot water. Staff was extremely accommodating given the circumstances, it wasn’t their fault.

Pool area is fun. Dining options are conveniently located

Was exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price!

Great restaurant on premise

It was a long way to walk the dog but it was great for dogs!

Missing a light bulb. The slide lock was missing half of it to properly work. The toilet was loose.

This hotel needs some work. just one example is the hot tub jets dont work. i only paid $90 so get what you pay for i guess.

Hotel looks like it is not maintained well. Dirty windows throughout hotel. Room was dusty on floors and beds squeaked with every movement Towels looked like they were not cleaned and had to ask for washcloths which were not in room when we arrived.

I regret to say that during my stay some property of mine disappeared from the room me and my partner were staying in. I brought this up with the front desk, and they assured me that none of their staff were on the same floor that day. They checked security cameras and insisted that no one got into my room, which I find difficult to believe given my missing property. Additionally, I need to talk about communication and general cleanliness. The hotel was lacking in housekeepers, so that if we wanted our room cleaned, we would have needed to inform the front desk. This fact was never made clear to us: no one mentioned it at the front desk, and there were no signs anywhere indicating this. We were only made aware of this when we were checking out. Consequently, we spent four days in the hotel waiting for housekeeping to attend to our room, which never appeared. I would not stay here again, nor would I advise others to.

This place is very nice as is the restaurant attached Breakfast was good Although the music coming from the banquet area was a bit load it did end at 10pm Thought they could have put us in a room away from it !!
