I wish the restaurant was available.

Muy bonito todo, el cuarto muy amplio, súper bien decorado, súper bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a la calle principal. Lo único es que salía muy poca agua de la regadera. El personal amable. Recomendable

We booked a mobile accessible bathroom because I am in a wheelchair. The bathroom had bars to hold onto in the shower but had a tub that is not mobile accessible. The hotel has a bar/restaurant but is has been closed for renovations. The hotel website still advertises the restaurant even though it is not open. Not having an option on premise severely limits my independence in a wheelchair. I would be able to access the restaurant to get something to eat/drink on my own. There was a makeshift bar set up in the lobby for 3 hours on Friday and Saturday, but it had very limited options. There is a restaurant near by the hotel has an agreement with where you can sign the bill to your room, but it is too far for me to wheel myself. We would have loved to watch the football game in the restaurant in the lobby on Sunday, but had to leave the hotel. If we knew the room was not mobile accessible and the restaurant/bar was closed, we would have booked elsewhere. These two factors dramatically affected our trip. When I brought these up at the counter, no remedy was offered.

Checkin staff were very friendly and helpful. They made a last minute guest on Christmas Eve feel very warm and welcome. Since they knew that very few new guests might attempt to book on Christmas Day, they let us check out very late for free (1pm) and put us a room with a great view of the water.

This may have been the worst night's sleep I can remember. They must have changed the beds because they’ve never been this hard in the many years we have been staying here. Normally booked in my husbands name; this year I booked in mind. I struggled to try and get an hour or so in one of the side chairs because the bed combined with the pillows were a recipe for disaster. Just be advised and read more reviews.

Valet person was rude and indignant. However when we spoke to management she was very apologetic and listened and handled our concerns perfectly. Front desk person was less than welcoming. For the amount of money we paid there should be more amenities on the property and there are definitely paint chips and scuff marks in the room. Comfortable enough but not for the $$.

Nice location, within walking distance to downtown Annapolis.

Close proximity to the boat show

Our initial room was terrible. There was an outdoor band that was part of the boat show sharing our back wall. Our entire room was vibrating. You couldn’t see outside our window. A large tarp over it, with various outdoor furniture stacked up against the window halfway up. A trickle of water from the shower head. I complained, they gave us a new room which was much better. 3.5 star. Overall definitely not what I expected from autograph mariot property

Housekeeping staff didn't clean the rooms properly. Found used dental floss on the floor. Toiletries went empty in the shower. Took hours to get a refill. Area floods during heavy rain. Way overpriced during football weekends

Nice property in historic downtown area, excellent location but a little pricey.

Perfect setting right on waterfront. Surrounded by water, history, shopping, dining. So much to offer especially if you enjoy the water & crab. Stayed for work- meetings. Even catered meals were great compared to other places. Staff was all friendly, very professional & helpful. Comfortable, appealing location!
