We changed the room 3rd floor -> 12 floor. Because the room was very dirty and small. Not like the picture. The room has no table and the chair outside very dirty. my white close were stained.. The front dest man was not kind at all. I dont no why but he never smile..!!!!! and never help us!( where's my resort fee???!) while frontdest women were nice. So I always talk to them. and toilet very small and the toiletfan was n out side. Beach towel rent service were good. and the locate was good. I chose quite cheap hotel becaus I have to stay 18day!!! but It was mistake. Oahu were awesome but this hotel.. makes me feel litttle bit sad. and choose the room with terrace!!!!!! always!

My second stay here.Location is great,walking distance to the beach and the best of Waikiki.Good value for money.Room service every third night,no coffee,no restaurant on the premises.Good microwave and tv.I would come back again.

I was not happy with the service

Hidden fees for daily service 35-40 USD per day but they dont do any services daily but on request. They say parking available for very expensive 40 dollars daily parking charge. Room ends as soon as you enter. If i come again, probably i will stay again however.

Very good location close to everything five minutes away from the Waikiki Beach. Good customer service friendly staff in general was very good.

Loved it ended up extending my stay

This place meets expectations for the price. Friendly staff, with modest rooms. Pool was clean, but small. The lobby was very welcoming and we enjoyed the ice and water stations to refill our water bottles. The room: the mattress needs to be replaced (massive dips on both sides, feel the strings), otherwise the room had all the amenities we needed: coffee, fridge, microwave, AC, cable TV, and closet to hang our things. Loved the soaps in the bathrooms too! We stayed 4 nights and that may be the max I could do on the mattress in particular, but otherwise would definitely want to stay longer. Close to a robust ABC store, Target and the Kuhio food hall where we had the best food. Loved the location, the staff and the hotel, just not the bed. Would recommend this place for others tho- just maybe check the room/bed before unpacking.

Great for a budget travelers

The location was around the corner to Target & multiple restaurants . Ala Wai canal across the street provides good area for morning walk. Away from the bustling crowds of Kalakaua Avenue & walking distance to beach were a consideration. My only greivance was vehicle noise & emergency vehicles useage nearby. The lobby was comfortable. Had a good view from.our balcony room.

Was a great location. Parking a bit challenging in the evening.

I did not stay and will be pursuing a refund. The room was approx 100 square feet and it was Moderate category. I came to work and the balcony in the photos for Moderate were a lie. There was no desk and nowhere to put anything because of the size - room 203. The staff was not interested in my needs or having suggestions so I left.

Small room without a view. Only place to sit was on the bed. No chair in the room. Basic accommodation but close to all the action in Waikiki.

We can’t wait to go back. We will definitely stay here again. The location was priced better than other hotels in the area. This hotel was in walking distance to EVERYTHING! Staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations. The rooms were very clean and to our standards.

We were well taken care of during our 3N stay last week. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Honolulu. It’s a walking distance to Kūhiō where you’ll find all the food, drinks, and shops. The beach is only a couple more blocks down from there. We loved the location, friendly staff, and parking garage on-site.

I’ve stayed here over five times and it’s still my favorite hotel on the island. It isn’t necessarily fancy or modern, but it does the job.
