The location was perfect to Queen’s Hospital about 1/2 mile walk. Staff was very friendly. The area surrounding is pretty sketchy a there is a lot of homeless. My room was very old and dated and did not seem clean. Carpet was very old my allergies were so bad every time I entered. The only reason I would stay here again is if I needed to be close to Queens Hospital.

Furniture, bathroom dated, however, comfortable. Easy access to shopping, beaches and cruise port.

Excellent stay. Highly recommended.

The cleaner supposed to come to clean every 3 days, but nobody come to clean or change towels for our entire stay of 5 days.

Elevator wouldn’t arrive at checkout day. Elevator button would not stay on. After 10 minutes of waiting walked on floor down. Same result. Walked down the stairs for entire 18 floors. Informed reception desk and all said was sorry think they are taking out the trash. No other action taken. Asked about the elevator button not staying lighted, and she just said sorry and you’re good. Meaning that I completed checkout and time to get out of her face because she wasn’t concerned about malfunctioning elevators or safety issues.

It was my birthday and just had a few friends over

Was great stay, traffic is bad a lot of the time. Hotel it self is amazing hard location if you are driving.

Hotel was very accommodating and clean. Had all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Would recommend was short and long term stays.

Centrally located, helpful staff.

We arrived Friday evening to be closer to the airport. The first one we were in was 2311 and the room had a very horrible smell. When I called to see if we can switch out rooms, I was told that the hotel was booked to capacity however I found out that was a lie. We left to go see the fireworks at the beach and came back in the room still had a very strong odor. I called and asked if we can be switched to another room again and they finally switched us because the order in the room was horrible. When I walked in the room, I felt completely nasty. They moved us to the 32nd floor as a complementary upgrade. However, the smell was not there, but the cleanliness of the hotel is not up to par for the price. I was very disappointed because they ruined the last two days of the trip.

Perfect for a downtown Honolulu stay. Older building and definitely some wear and tear in the hallways needs addressed. Felt safe with the elevator being key card access only. Room was comfortable and more than what we expected with a small kitchen. Front desk staff is helpful and very lovely to deal with.

A dog barked outside our room each night several times startling us awake. Not restful for our full days ahead, but otherwise the beds were comfortable.

Cockroaches in the room, mold in the bathroom. View was nice but that’s about it.
