Our stay was ok. The pool area needed cleaning. There weren’t any pool towels. Two of the three areas were not in working order which was our reason for choosing this hotel. Could use an update, and furniture needs to be dusted and moved to be cleaned under/behind.

We had one of their "Themed Suites" The room showed the hotles age. (Built in the 1970s) The whirlpool tub in the room was so tall it made it hard to get in and out of. Hotel maintenance could not even open the rooms safe. There was a large pile of frozen vomit out on the Balcony. As well as the floor on the balcony was rotted out. They advertized having 3 indoor water parks. They had no water parks. They had 2 swimming pools, a kiddie pool. (Which the 2 slides water did not work). And the Hotub did not work. They also call you at 9:45 am to ask you if everything is ok. Not good if you are sleeping and you have the Do Not Disturb sign on your door.

I've been brining my boys here for years in the winter, well aware that this is a budget option. This stay was our last one, pool area was filthy, no clean towels available, main pool was murky with chunks of hair floating around in it, hot tub was out of service filled with algae filled water. Room was fine, shower would not get hot no matter what direction I turned the nozzle. Would not recommend, even at a reduced rate.

Lights didn't work properly in our room. One remote didn't work and when we asked for a new one, someone who spoke no english, came up to our room for a couple minutes to say something in spanish and leave and never came back to room.
The waterpark kids area was in poor repair and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

This property is nice. It’s outdated yes, but it’s excellent for the price you pay and the amenities. I’d say this hotel caters more to younger children. We have stayed here multiple times.

Disappointing Stay – Facilities in Disrepair
We booked this hotel specifically for our kids because of the advertised pool and hot tub in the same room, only to be met with significant issues. Upon arrival, we were informed the pool without the hot tub was cold due to a broken heater. What we weren’t told was that the hot tub was completely out of service, and the other pool’s filter wasn’t working, leaving the water murky, milky, and full of clumps of hair. It was unhygienic and completely unusable.
I have photos from a visit two years ago, and the difference is shocking—what was once a clean and well-maintained facility is now neglected and disappointing. After only two hours, we decided to check out. While we were refunded for the remaining nights, we were still charged for the first night, despite the fact that we didn’t use the room because of the unacceptable state of the facilities.
This experience was extremely frustrating. We wanted to stay and enjoy our time, but the lack of transparency about the state of the amenities and the overall poor condition of the pool and hot tub made it impossible. We won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to avoid staying here until these issues are resolved.

I was so excited as i rented out 3 rooms for myself and family members only for the adults to come to find out that the jacuzzi wasnt even working we were so sad because its so cold out and we were looking forward to it. Also at midnight the fire alarm went off and gave us all goosebumps. it went on for a while then i tried caling front desk to find out if we were okay and i never got an answer so we went back to sleep after they shut it off and then hour later the alarm goes off again now my anxiety is off the roof my 1 year old couldnt stop crying and is having panic attacks all day today now and i didnt get an apology at check out about the alarms at night . I feel sad.. but maybe will rebook in the summer.

The motel could certainly use an update. We had a room with 2 queens in one room, king in main room and a pull out sofa. Smoke alarm beeped most of one night for low battery, lock was broken on bathroom door and had trouble adjusting heater/air. We had to ask for more towels both nights we were there. The location was good. Price was high for quality of room.
