This day was great. The property is clean plenty of parking and nice amenities in the room a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker.

This is a super comfortable little hotel Really great location if you want to hang out in SLO you can walk to downtown Also very clean

Always a wonderful stay...very clean and comfortable..and only a few blocks walking time to beautiful downtown! Go on a Thursday and have fun and a bite to eat at the farmers mkt!

Clean and quiet while close to all that San Luis Obispo has to offer

The staff were all super helpful. Great location: walking distance to downtown but much less expensive than a few blocks over.

A quiet and clean hotel within walkable distance from town center. The noisy fridge was the only downside.

My room was very clean, bed comfortable, location felt safe while being close to freeway. It is on a one way street in an area with quite a few one way streets so you have to be ready for that. Downtown SLO is quite congested. The fridge was nice size though freezer needed to be defrosted. Was no decaf coffee in either room nor in front office in the morning. They take the coffee and hot water away some time before 10 AM. I had a cup early but it wasn't there when I checked out at 10. The afternoon clerk, a younger man, was pleasant and helpful. The older couple when I checked out not so friendly. Some spaces in the parking lot need to be marked compact. A VERY long van parked just on the other side of me and blocked me from being able to back out of my space. Fortunately, someone had left their space on my drivers side and with many backs and angling, I was able to make a U turn and get out of my space. Long vehicles should not be allowed to park in the row of spaces in front of the first floor rooms. When I returned after an event, the offending van was still there so I parked farther away in the lot even though it was inconvenient and less secure. There was no guide for the TV and it was hard to find good channels. Did not like the remote. The room had one overhead light close to the door. It needs a second one because it leaves the closet and small table quite dark. The lights on the bedstands don't help. Had to use my laptop on the bed.

Five minute walk to great food and nitro ice cream. Another 2 blocks to buy signiture Sour beers and hear live music at Libertine

Quaint older place that was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Staff was very nice. Surprising how quiet the surrounding area was considering the 101 freeway is very close by.

We reserved 2 rooms. When I made the reservation it did not mention that children over 12 were considered “extra guests” and each guest had to pay an additional $13.62. So for our 3 kids we had to pay an additional $40 and also a $100 cleaning charge per room. So we paid an additional $240 at check in. The desk attendant admitted that these charges are not listed on Travelocity, which I found disingenuous. If we’d known about the additional charges we probably would not have booked at this hotel.

Clean and inexpensive for SLO. Some street and train noise, thin-ish walls, but mostly quiet except for my husband’s snoring lol.
