Walls were paper thin was kept up all night from someone staying next to me up at all hours. Front staff was new and wasn’t afraid telling people she was new

Everything was pretty clean and the people on the counter were always very welcoming

Bed confort excellent

The room was clean and comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was more than expected.

Musty smell in room. Need dehumidifier!!!

Amazing customer service!

Las instalaciones están bien. Les falta mucho mantenimiento, les comentas de las fallas como que jo funciona bien las persianas y todo se abre y se ve para afuera, el piso grasoso y resbaloso, se sale el agua de la regadera y no limpian, la TV no servía el 2do día algo movieron, cambio de habitación a una más pequeña. En fin muchos pormenores en una estancia de solo 2 días. La ubicación bien, el desayuno ok, se siente seguro, hay algunos restaurantes cercanos pero lejos de el stockyard pro ejemplo…

The bathroom wasn’t as clean but everything else was great!

This property is absolutely amazing. I definitely would go back if I travel to this area again everything is very convenient very close and it was a easy check-in easy checkout. There was no issue at the front desk. Everything was just great inconvenient. Not to mention they had breakfast in the morning so that was great.

Clean and comfy!

This is a neat little spot. The room is very small and compact, but they made excellent use of the space. A nice little writing desk, some cubbies with bench cushions on them, and lots of hooks to hang up your things. They even squeezed a full-size ironing board and a mini-fridge in there. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and the cozy use of space in this small room. We will surely stay here again when we revisit the area. Oh, and the breakfast was pretty remarkable. As far as free breakfasts go, this was a lot better than most I've had. Plenty to choose from and good quality stuff. Fruits, oats, milk, juices, bagels, omelets, breakfast sandwiches... Just great.

I will give this hotel 5 stars because my only problem was the bed being too soft for my body. I cannot fault the hotel for this as there are others that may find the bed perfect for them. Everything else about the hotel and my stay there was excellent and would recommend it for people doing an overnight stay (sorry, but the room was a bit small for anyone staying for an extended period). The staff were friendly and courteous. Greeted my wife and I each time we entered the lobby. The entire hotel had a level of cleanliness which surpassed many hotels I have stayed in so kudos to those that made that happen!

I liked the bed it was the most comfortable mattress I ever slept on.

The hotel was nice!! Everything was fine. My issue was that the clerk gave me a room that was possibly already rented out. I pursed to open the room door, and the inside latch kept the door from opening. I the asked the clerk if that room was rented out ,because the inside latch would not allow me to open the door, and he said he didnt know!! So he then gave me a different room which was fine. The next morning we woke up to get ready, so we need to iron our clothes, but there wasnt an ironing board. So i was going to call the front clerk but there wasn't a phone in the room. So i went down to the front office and asked for one. She said she would have one sent in a few minutes. Well, i we finally gave up after waiting for 30 minutes. Finally, when we were about to leave someone showed up!!
