The pillows were not neck-supportive, the hand soap was too strong-smelling for me, and the TV has to be turned on 3 times before the channels work, but other than that, this hotel was great!! BEST staff, so friendly and helpful, gave a late-checkout so we could return post-marathon for a shower, helped with info every time I asked and never sounded annoyed. Very nice, clean facility, comfortable bed!

We loved the simple Euro style decor. Grays, reds and such. Almost like a higher tier Microtel. Simple and clean decor. Both desk clerks were very polite and helpful. The complimentary coffee was tops. Will seek out Avids to stay out when we travel.LOVE THE CONEPT IHG!

Brand new! Great for a one or 2 night stay. Super clean coffee 24hours, grab and go breakfast. What’s not to like? Would definitely stay again. Very reasonable rates!

This property was such A wonderful hotel to stay at for my needs everything was met and extremely grateful as it was my first time staying At this hotel! The front desk destiny I believe was her name was so accommodating and made sure. I felt very welcome for my stay as well.

Good stay! Amazing hotel. Mix up with Hotels.com deposit not being taken into consideration when paying at the hotel. Waiting to see if I get the refund for the deposit. Fantastic hotel though!

I would definitely stay here again. I wasn’t quite sure what I was getting myself into because the rate was a little bit lower than some of the hotels nearby. However, I was happily surprised at how clean and friendly the staff were. The room was perfect for me and my daughter while we were there for softball. We definitely stay at an avid hotel again.

Great place for short trip. Better than the typical Hilton garden inn type hotel! Complimentary breakfast and coffee available too. Room is clean. Convenient location near airport. Also tons of restaurants within 5 mins driving.
