Bali Hai Beachfront Resort and Spa

It was not worth the money. We did not get the two room suite we paid for. I am very disappointed in Expedia and will not use it again

Beautiful well appointed and nicely decorated. Only suggestion… the are no dressers only closets and console tables .

Beautiful location and beach. Room was dated and bathroom floor was dirty. Arrived at 5 PM and bar and small dining place was closed and bartender would not make an exception at 5:04 PM. No place to dine on property.

Right on the beach, greeting by a friendly helpful staff with a lot of local tips and a beautiful beach view. Great drinks at the bar and relaxing pool area

Price per night expected way more Room was very musty our clothes had to be washed 2 times when we got home to remove the smell

My wife and I had a great time at the resort,,we would have wanted to do our laundry at the resort but they didnt have any washer and dryer there,,other than that we had a very relaxing time!!

The beach is right behind the resort

Lovely property. Very friendly and helpful staff. I guess they are still in the midst of repair from the double hurricane but doing an excellent job welcoming guests back. Will def revisit again.

PERFECT

Excellent place for families with young kids with easy access to the beach. Pool was great and all of the available amenities. Saw more wildlife at the beach than anywhere else; staff was great and would come back. Word of caution for anyone using the sofa beds they are extremely thin and quite painful to sleep on.

Läget bra men de lägenheter med sea view var i behov av renovering. Men mycket vacker utsikt över strand och hav. Städningen kunde varit bättre. Väldigt trevlig innergård med fin svalkande pool samt lite trädgårsspel. En liten lounge där man kunde beställa drinkar och kaffe under dagtid. Bra fri parkering men ingen frukost. Toppen med tillgång till strandstolar och parasoll. Dock så var det inte värt det väldigt dyra priset per natt (ca 6000 SEK) som vi betalade.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, bonito que nos hace tener mucha comodidad para para pasar unos días de vacaciones, realmente volvería a venir! Lo recomiendo

The pictures online is not the room we were in. Had concrete floors, poor plumbing, horrible smell and someone else hair on shower floor. I guess only part of resort is renovated but not a room we got. Pictures online are very deceiving and no where does it mention anything about only some rooms appear as pictured

It's a beautiful place and totally devastated about the hurricane damage but that doesn't mean this place should be charging full price and no amenities, gave 2 drink tickets and the restaurant wasn't open, could not open the waters they supplied, I really wish we were able to utilize everything since paying so much. They should fully disclose that they aren't fully staffed or open. Call ahead before going to make sure since this place is crazy expensive. Wish I could get a refund because we didn't end up staying....

Clearly a converted motel. Room safe needed to be reset, requiring staff, took over a hour. Room decor was well done. Had to request room service to clean & provide towels each day. Should have a dining option.

It was very nice clean and close to the ocean. I would recommend they get the spa add free Spotify.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were updated and clean. the property was beautiful and very quiet. Easy access to the beach where chairs were provided daily.
