As a Miami Hotel Reviewer…. Overall I’d give them a 6 out of 10. Due to me having 4 issues during my check-in As stated on the website, the front desk closes after 8pm, I just assumed nobody would be there physically after 8pm and there would be some type of virtual assistance if needed. NO 1. Upon check in I had an issue with the front gate, it took me 20 minutes to actually make the key work and it’s a MANUAL KEY. The gate has like a trick lock you have to jiggle, wiggle, shake it . That was very annoying to deal with. I called the front desk someone answers but I figured it out so we disconnected. 2. After working up a sweat I finally enter to my living space. The living room area/Lobby was nice , they left out little cakes which made me smile. Entering my room it just didn’t wow me. Doesn’t resemble the pictures that much. A little catfish . Bed was nice, bathroom was clean and nice. Tv /remote did not work which ultimately ruined my stay. 3. I tried to reach out to front desk (although they answered me after 8pm) they stopped responding to me when I stated I had an issue with the tv. You would think for ppl coming out of town or getting off a late plane you’d have at least an 24 hr service of some sort to help with guest issues. 4. I didn’t even stay the night I ended up booking another hotel on the beach that was more comfortable and guest friendly . Sad part is they have a no refund policy which is sad because I couldn’t enjoy my room or the free breakfast.

Room was clean and well decorated. Breakfast was amazing.

Es muy tranquila el area, estan bien las instalaciones pero el aire del cuarto 8 todo el tiempo estaba prendido porque no enfriaba bien la habitacion apesar de ser muy pequeña, y ningun dia nos limpiaron el cuarto o cambiaron tuallas o sabanas en los 4 dias que estuvimos.

I really didn’t like the room I stayed in—it faced the street, and as soon as the sun came up, the room lit up completely. A space with that much direct sunlight should definitely have blackout curtains. I barely got any sleep and couldn’t wait to leave. To be honest, this felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and I’ve stayed at much better places. The breakfast was terrible, and overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had—it felt more like a low-quality motel.

It was our first time staying in a small hotel like this in Miami it was very unique the breakfast was fantastic the staff was very friendly and we would stay there again

This was a beautiful B&B that served hand made breakfast. The staff was pleasant and hand-ons. What better service can you ask for.

I like the location, the staff is very friendly. I did not like that the photos advertised an hot tub and it.no longer has one.

It was very clean. The workers at the property were very attentive. The only thing I would say is, I wish they would have more options for breakfast and offered more food instead of just one pancake or one omelette. Carlos was a wonderful host.

We love the cleanliness of the room, and that it was very modern-looking. The breakfast was AMAZING!! The B&B reached out to us earlier in the day and asked when we would be arriving. I said 1pm and would we drop our bags off, but she said our room would be ready early. So we truly appreciated the early check-in. The cons were that the room was small. And the parking is $20, but at a mall a block away. My family and I would most definitely stay here again, due to the location, the ambiance and the breakfast.

The owners were so sweet. Greeted in the morning and breakfast was amazing.

Both beds too soft, one had side where you would roll off bed. Bath wall had strange brown smear near towel rack. Sink stopper not working. Otherwise clean and presentable. Very pleasant breakfast and serving staff.

Buena opción económica. La atención y las comodidades son acordes al precio, aunque podrían mejorar con un poco de voluntad y revisando periódicamente las habitaciones. La mampara del baño hacía mucho ruido y la luz no funcionaba. El colchón no era demasiado cómodo. El desayuno es bueno, hay 5 opciones para elegir y lo hacen en el momento. La ubicación dentro de todo es buena, a 7 cuadras de la playa aprox. Pedí extensión del check out y nunca me contestaron. En definitiva para unos pocos días está bien.

We just stayed one night before we left on our cruise. Everyone was very nice. We would definitely stay again.

A really nice little Boutique Hotel with the friendliest staff. Very convenient for Miami Beach

We stayed only a night. This a very cozy place you will enjoy. Our room was small but we only need it to shower and sleep, quite area about 10 blocks from south beach. I booked for the price and because it says parking available however the parking is just a public parking 2 blocks away. Free if you stay more than 2 nights but we paid $20 because of only - night. Breakfast included and is made to order with pancakes and omelettes, would love to have fresh fruits since we are vegetarians that barely eats eggs, but we made an exception. Free refill coffe and orange juice :) staff is friendly, check in and check out was very simple. No hidden fees and no bad surprises! They do have a patio where we enjoyed very late at night after our day.. we said that this one is a very little hotel :) thanks for everything!

Juan Carlos was amazing. I wish I can remember the young ladys name in the morning, she was amazing as well. Place was clean, private and very intimate. Very Zen-like.....Definitely not for the loud crowd. Few blocks from the beach, you can walk or rent golf cart or scooter a few blocks away on 6th Ave. It was not that far from airport either.

Its been a lovely experience thw hosts are really welcoming and friendly. Nice breakfast. Quite place, only 10mins walk down to the beach. A few large supermarkets walking distance.
