Good: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. As a 72-year-old woman, I appreciated the grab bars on the tub. Not so good: my room was an "accessable" room (hence the grab bars), but it was located ar the very far end of the building from the front desk. The clerk told me they had just finished working on the room, which I took to mean it had just been cleaned. I now think he meant it had just been remodeled to an accessable room. I say this because the room had no refrigerator, microwave, clock or coffee maker. Perhaps you don't normally provide them, but those amenities are almost always a given. All in all, it wasn't a BAD visit, but it could have been better.

It was only a one day stay but I found open soap the last guest used and the soap bottle mildew on it and the elevator did not work after I got there

The hotel sits away from the road, therefore no road noise, very quiet.

Hotel was overall terrible. Offer wifi, cant get connected. Had a refrigerator that didnt work. Front desk customer service was awful and rude. We called to ask about the TV and internet and refrigerator and was told " we put in an upgraded room with a refrigerator you should be greatful" . How grateful if it does not work. Told they were going to boost the internet. Im not stupid. There is no such thing. Air channels on tv wete blurry and aweful. Could not get a clear picture. Rooms had different TV system, i had a TCL ROKU TV , and my friend had a Spectre , two different tv systems picture horrible on both.Breakfast was not ready on time only had coffee and hot water no juice machines worked. I got a hard boiled egg and some coffee i was there for a tourney. No hot food available at the time they said breakfast would be ready.Hotel offerd free breakfast not complimentary breakfast, i wouldd have liked to have a pastry or some thing. Hotel seems to have a lot of day laborers living there , lots of smoking and hanging about the building. AC kept going off, finally had to turn it down to 61 degrees to keep it runni g and keep the room cool, but also freeze ourselves out. Over stay was very disappointing

For didn't lock, key card didn't work, bare minimum at breakfast. Horrible visit.

My stay was good, nice Clean and the area wad good as well

Tv didn’t work. When told to front desk “wait an hour or more” that would have been after midnight. Breakfast was a joke. Loose frozen eggo waffles. AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Overall not work it.

Things are broken and dirty throughout the hotel. The owner does not seem to care about cleanliness or making sure everything is working for breakfast. Owner is bringing 3rd world service to America!

Don’t stay in this hotel if you have chance

Never stay on this property. No hygiene , No Room cleaning. Useless menu in Breakfast. Request to find any alternate property nearby.

Not bad price for Chicago area. No bath towels in room. Could not take shower. Very slow check in.AC did not work properly

The hotel smells so bad and i did not feel safe at all and i had to leave! They also did not give me a full refund. False advertising

Very basic hotel. Nothing specific went wrong but it’s not a place I would stay for more than a night or two..

I chose this location because it listed airport shuttle & breakfast. I waited an hour on the shuttle after arrival but no shuttle

I travel constantly for work and have stayed in thousands of hotels. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. We chose this hotel specifically because they said they had a shuttle to and from O’Hare. I even called ahead to confirm—TWICE—and was told yes, there would be a shuttle running. That was a flat-out lie. When we arrived at O’Hare, there was NO SHUTTLE. They told us to take an Uber—are you kidding me?! That completely defeated the entire point of booking this hotel. I paid extra for the convenience of a shuttle so we could avoid expensive rides and use public transportation. Instead, we were stuck in the hotel the entire trip. The Ubers were $30 to $100 each way. We felt trapped. This hotel completely screwed up our plans and they didn’t care until I complained for days. Only then did they reimburse one shuttle ride. ONE. A shuttle magically appeared when it was time to leave—how convenient. I will NEVER stay here again and I will NEVER book through Hotels.com again. I feel scammed, lied to, and disrespected. If you’re looking for an airport hotel with a reliable shuttle—STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

You get what you pay for. Property is south of the airport and advertises an airport shuttle, but it’s really just one of the employees driving a van to pick you up. Waited at the airport for two hours trying to find this “shuttle” and had to constantly call the front desk. Bed was comfortable enough, but shower had almost no pressure. WiFi didn’t work very well. Best part, front desk said there was no one available to drive the “shuttle” to the airport, so I needed to Uber/Lyft back to ORD. You’re also far and away from any decent food, there’s only a diner across the street open for breakfast/lunch. You’re honestly better off getting a Super 8 or Holiday Inn since those have actual airport shuttles to ORD. Will not make the same mistake again.
