There were cockroaches all over in our room. And when i told the front staff, she was not at all surprised. Dirty rooms. Broken furniture.

Overall my stay was enjoyable. Well appointed room. Good facilities. My only issue was with the shower design. If a person is shorter than my 5'11, they will have great difficulty reaching and adjusting the shower head. Also, with the way the door is designed there is no way to get to your towel without getting out of the shower. Perhaps a hook on the wall by the door would help? Other than that small inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay and would recommended you .

The staff were a great help but, the smell of weed and noise kept us up all night

Check-in wasn't so bad. Staff was very friendly. Not so sure about the cleanliness or the condition of the room and amenities. Loose faucets, a remote for a TV or monitor in the hot tub that does not work, a wrong size stopper for the hot tub, some sort of stain on the comforter.

I stayed here for the first time over two years ago when the property had just been bought. I was enthusiastic about the Jacuzzi tub suite rooms, and that it appeared they planned on doing lots of restorations. A few years later, and they are still clearly deeply working on the property, but also the things that have already been restored Are already in complete disarray. I stayed in a Jacuzzi tub room which had a moldy shower, broken appliances throughout horribly scary stains on the pullout bed on the couch leftover food, wrappers, and bits of candy all over the ground. It was honestly very disgusting. I’ve stayed here three times in the past hopeful that they were actually working on getting better, but this day was so bad that I will never stay again.

Everyone was very nice, the room was beat up, but livable. The marijuana smell in the halls and coming into our room was very unpleasant.

It was a place to sleep. My room had seen a rough time. Outside the door, the kick plate was torn partially off. The lock didn’t work, so I used the hand towel in the swing lock as an extra protection. The bedside table was scribbled on with marker, the drawer handle broken, scratches all over it. The biggest thing for me was no in room coffee maker. The bathroom wasn’t that clean, toilet paper holder was broken so the roll just sat on top, the half used roll that was on there when I arrived us some brown marks on the end. There were little curly hairs all along the floor by the shower. I was there for a family emergency and it served it’s purpose, but wouldn’t recommend for any other type of visit or stay.

All kinds of commotion several times throughout the night between staff attendant and the cops there were no security latches on the doors $45 charge for 10 minute late check out

The property needs renovation. We had pretty strong urine smell in their room.

Room was filthy and killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Immediately checked out and was refunded. Staff was embarrassed but very helpful. Do not recommend. Carpet was stained, everything was scratched and damaged.
