The room was clean, but I have been staying at this hotel for many years and the condition of the hotel, and specially my room, is the worst that I have seen. I have seen this place go downhill on each of my visits. The staff is very unfriendly (maybe it is a culture difference). In my room, the drape rod was hanging loose at one end, baseboards were unpainted, bugs were in the ceiling light fixtures, a pair of old socks was under the desk, and more. Doesn't the staff or owners take any pride in their ownership? I probably won't be staying there any more after 20 years or so to visit my sister in Bellevue.

dirty bed sheets. dirty around the bathroom. ran out of toilet paper. couldn’t call house keeping to get more. carpet smelled weird. water felt slimy after washing my hair or hands. second time staying here and don’t plan on staying there again.

Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war schlecht: Geringes angebot, die Bagel waren steinhart. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf einen uhaul LKW, der direkt vor dem Fenster geparkt wurde. Auf dem Parkplatz musste man sich irgendwo zwischen zig uhaul Fahrzeugen seinen Parkplatz suchen. Der Rezeptionsbereich wurde von ein uhaul Schild dominiert, im Hotel waren Sackkarren abgestellt. Die am Hotel vorbeiführende Eisenbahn ist auch in der Nacht sehr laut.

The room was very nice and clean, but the hallways could have used some extra attention. This hotel is also a U-haul rental place, so good luck getting a parking spot anywhere near the front door. All the parking spots were filled with U- haul trucks and trailers. We didn’t have any issues with the room, other than it didn’t have a hairdryer.

The hotel was next to 2 Restuarant's...always a plus. Huge gap at door bottom and only the deadbolt to secure room...maybe the magnetic lock would have worked. It was noisy because of the door gap and being right next to external door.

Ceiling was sagging, for frame had obvious damage, hair dryer not in room and when I asked the front desk about it they said that none of the rooms have a hair dryer but there is a sign stating that you WILL BE CHARGED $45 if after inspection there is a missing item (in this case a hair dryer)
