horrible rooms bad appliances and reservation was not advertised correctly and my room wasn't available at check in

Physical upkeep was terrible. Stains in carpet. Couch torn and worn out. Bed had what appeared to be bread crumbs in the sheets, Window would not close fully. Hallway door to outside had hinge broken so would not close and hallway was extremely cold. Lobby in dire need of updating. Will never go to this hotel again.

No hairdryer as listed, microwave broken and food inside, light over sink was broken, ice machine broken plus no ice bucket, elevator door opened part way, breeze coming through window, nasty dirty couch.

As we entered the hotel to check in. A guest was yelling at the person behind the counter because they had no towels in their room. A person cut in line and said that their toilet was overflowing and needed a new room. Then it was our turn to check in. We booked a room with a jacuzzi. They informed us that that room is not available. We canceled our stay and moved to the hotel next door. These are just the bullets of each incident that could be expanded into a micro essay. Felt Unsafe, Unclean and such. Later that night we ran into someone that used to work there and the apparently the homeless break in and steal the towels..

They first room smelt like cat piss soon as you open the door backed right out and went and got other room but for the price it’s what you would expect

The clerk refused to honor a paid for reservation and said I'd have to contact the third party booking agent to get my money refunded. The area and hotel looked and smelled very scuzzy and not up to Wyndham standards

Please consider paying a little more for lodging that is safe and clean. It is not safe for anyone

I was rented a room with no tv. The tv was in the room but didnt work at all. Told there was no other rooms available.

The room had no phone, no hairdryer, or coffee maker or coffee supplies. It did have some coffee cups on the coffee table. The hallways to the rooms were dark and dirty. The furniture was all stained and dirty. The bed was the only clean spot in the room. I have had mixed stays at other Baymont hotels, but this place was bad. It was after 11 pm when I left the hospital and just needed to lay down.

I made a reservation, the hotel was over booked, I drove 3 hours to find out it was overbooked. No calls or communication from their end. The next cheapest hotel was $350 for the night. All I got from the front desk was “don’t know what to tell ya” While I was trying to figure something out and looking for recommendations the front seat was too worried about talking to her friends.

AC Unit and TV didn't work. It was almost 90 degrees in there. I couldn't stay in that room under those conditions. Then, they told me there was no other rooms available when I asked for a different room, which I highly doubt that. I ended up going to another hotel and paying for another room elsewhere. Now I have to battle Expedia to try and get a refund, which I'm sure will be a nightmare and end up not getting my money back.

One of the worst stats in a long time. Property had experienced neglect unfortunately and needs attention. Battery missing in smoke detector (beeping until I disconnected it), wall patches need painting, interstate noise thru window that wouldn’t shut completely, exterior 3rd floor security door wouldn’t shut completely and frame loose, carpets need replacing, lobby vending machine broken, pitiful breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread and empty coffee urn. I’m sure more issues that I didn’t see during my short stay. I did get a great hot shower tho so all is well!!

I had a dirty room heat did not work and they don't want to make it right

Expedia book my stay and when I arrive to property I was told there’s no vacancy and to call Expedia to address the issue. No support or number to call, very bad support service and disappointing .

I would love to leave a negative review for this place, but words cannot do any worse than what has already been done to it. If I needed a physical geographical location to serve as a descriptive analog for the mere concept of unfathomable depression and despair, this place would work perfectly. I booked a three night stay and could only tolerate the first night before promptly checking out early the following morning.

I sent numerous messages! We did not stay ! There was trash set out all over the place room was very dirty smelled as if someone had just smoked marijuana in there didn’t feel safe to leave our stuff seems as tho people were living there I expect some sort of refund! Not happy at all

This place is a travesty. The elevator is broken. The security doors on the third floor are broken. All of the duvets are missing so it’s a sheet and a duvet cover for a bed. It’s so wildly uncomfortable that I was still awake when someone tried to get into my room at 2 AM. There’s zero management oversight so you can expect people smoking in the hallways and dirty rooms. It doesn’t matter if they give you a new room, that one will be dirty too.

They took an extra hour and a half to quality check the room, when I finally got in there, there was one towel, no toilet paper, the door didn’t lock, everything was obviously dirty and since I unfortunately paid in advance there was apparently nothing I could do. I’m terribly disappointed in Expedia for grossly painting this place as somewhere decent when it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t think I’ll ever use Expedia or stay at another Baymont in my life. It was incredibly unsafe, the water kept getting shut off, there were no blankets, it was cold and uncomfortable. The staff was ridiculously unhelpful and I feel like I would’ve been taken care of better at a homeless shelter. The continental breakfast was a complete joke. Literally a loaf of bread set out with some peanut butter. I can’t believe how bad it was. I have no clue what services I paid for but I definitely feel like I got robbed.
